1. A branded hotel at a nice location. 2. We requested for an early check in of just one hour plus. Request politely declined but that's ok. 3. On arrival at sharp 2pm, we were informed that we have been upgraded to a business class suite. Making amends probably! 4. Now the issues start. Requested for AC engineer to help us in raising temperature of room since it was freezing . Never saw him. 5. In the morning, woke up to find lights in washroom not working. Had to find our way through the phone torch since we had to catch a flight. The electrician never came until our departure at 7.30am. Summary: good hotel; nice ambience; very clean. However, very poor room service on technical front. Have all the engineers gone to Middle East? Please pull up your socks if you need to be in the big league

Perfect experience! Clean fresh pool, amazing kitchen, room service and the staff are awesome! Rooms are clean, well laid out, and accommodating. The selection from the kitchen along with the fantastic breakfast buffet cannot be beat. The staff are beyond helpful, and even booked me a tour to see the elephants! Perfect!

The hotel needs to spruce up service levels for sure. The food needs an upgrade too. The hotel is understaffed, maybe due to slower business in these pandemic times. The infrastructure is good. The facilities are nice. The rooms are cosy. The choice of breakfast needs more variety if you like to call it an American Indian breakfast. The dinner buffet was short of variety, colour and lacked the punch of above average taste. The location is good and Central. The swimming pool is worth the visit but lacks good changing rooms. There are no attendants there so you can't order a drink while you are there. Worth a visit but dont keep high hopes on service.

This is a decent hotel for quick business travel. Friendly staff who are helpful and not very over zealous. The rooms are okay, slightly old school, small, but to be fair, decent for the price. Considering that this is a 5-star property, it is not very luxurious. The breakfast buffet is also just okay, not superb as some of the other reviews say.

Great experience on assembling my Trek bike here, Also while returning back I had full service of my bike and they toom a day time but I found my bike as new as coming from showroom. Staff is very helping, he helped me packing my bike and also carry the box till nearest Dtdc shop, The Owner Jacob is a great chap and he knows a lot of cycling trails in Kerala, must ask him about short and long rides plans.

This doesnt feel like 5 star. Hotel and everything in it is old as 90s. Rooms are small. I took a diet coke from my room thinking it was complimentary, but it was not. If i wanted to buy something, i would call room service. Why would they keep something in room and then later charge for it. Service feels like a 3 star.

Excellent food and hospitality. Loved the team and their service too. Certain food items needs to be improved to reach impeccable standards but yet? It’s one of the best hotels out there. Truly international. Loved the experience.

The hotel smells like smoking was previously allowed inside, so despite of the star rating it has, it doesn’t give the impression of cleanliness one would expect from 4-5 star hotels. The breakfast was good with lot of variety. We had to order additional towels, because the ones in the room were not clean, as they showed some dark stains on them. We stayed here because it was next to the tailor made shop, as I had to pick up some suits the morning after, but it is not precisely close to the MG road.

Overall the place was ok, but considering that it lists itself as a 5 star hotel on its website, there were some things not up to the mark. For some reason there were never any hand towels or bath mats in the bathroom. I had to call to get them each day for hand towels. Bed linen was not satisfactorily clean. The bathroom overall has an unpleasant smell, even after cleaning. Morning breakfast buffet was just okay. Dinner at the restaurant was good, but slow service. Old rooms with chipping paint. Not enough plug points for a room that was labeled "business class". Pool was open and looked clean, although I didn't go in.

We stayed at Radisson Kochi for a night. The morning buffet is good. The windows were not clean and not a great view too. Felt like being inside a prison room. Amenities and the room was just like anyother hotel in this segment. Would choose a different hotel over this one in Kochi.

For the current pandemic situation, the pricing is at its lowest. But that doesn't let down on the hospitality and quality of experience. Absolutely worth it. Located on main high way, among mango forms. Clean free toilets, kids shop, ice cream shop, cool drink shop available, best lassi available. Food also almost reasonable and worth for money. EV charger for car available

Foods are costlier than other 5 star hotel but taste and variety wise good. Floors are numbered as different way starting from 11 to 24. Top floor swimming pool and spa is there.

Stayed here for 4 days. The location is right in the city , has a good connectivity, the place is quite near to lulu mall. The rooms are pretty decent. The cleaning staff is very efficient. A shout out to front desk support Mr. Rohid(with a D) 😄👏👏 very helpful guy, please give this guy increment he deserves it. Such a genuine person. Few tweaks needed here and there 1. The lift 😤( 2 lifts) and they are slower than my walk . I am much faster climbing up and down the stairs. 2.Breakfast buffet. Cut fruits (water melon and pineapple only )( few raw vegetables,carrot lettuce,cucumber,cabbage,some olives), (muffins chocolate and plain) brown and white bread ( butter and marmalade spreads) Boiled eggs, egg roast, channa masala, veg stew, puri, dosa, aaloo sabji, poha, veg fried rice, pan cake, oven roasted chicken, steam veggies and oven roasted potatoes, chicken sausage, corn flakes, dosa and omelette (prepared on spot) ( well I think this is what I saw all the 4days of my stay). No change in breakfast menu. 😭😭. P. S : south states have variety of breakfast spread. Why not incorporate some in breakfast? It's my personal opinion. 3. The car is parked outside in sun. And whenever we take it, it's like sitting in the oven. 🥵. Anyway overall happy with the stay. 😊.

No doubt this hotel provides the best hotel services. Food and Room charges are on the higher side but some discounts and membership would be the best option. They took a little more time to make the entry rest Everything was good.

Good hospitality and room service. Cleanliness of the room could have been better. Especially light switches found to be dirty,almost all of them. Breakfast buffet had a good spread and was tasty too. Liked the freshly brewed coffee the most. Overall a good place for stay if you in ekm.

Room was fine but the food was below standard for Radisson. The dinner buffet was cold and food ran out by 9.30pm. The staff couldn't care less. They needed repeated prompting for service - even to set the table - during both the dinner and breakfast buffet. We were checking in late and wanted to inform the hotel but they do not respond on given numbers or acknowledge emails!

The rooms are small and neat. This hotel is primarily made for business visitors who are not looking at extended stays. It's close to most businesses and is well connected by metro too.

There were 3 major issues for me. 1- Though they call it 5 Star hotel but here room size are very small. Later requesting for better room they told that all rooms are of same size. 2- Don’t touch anything in kept in your room thinking as they are complementary items because they will later charge you 3- After asking drinking water for multiple times by 10 pm they just ignored. 4- There was complementary breakfast but very least North Indian options.

Great experience with the team out there. We had an opportunity to have an event and stay at the hotel. Under the leadership of Sreejith sir they have offered a wonderful experience and services. He was very keen at handling us and extending the supports where ever possible in great manner. Also the handling of services by Aswathi at reception and the services of Sidharth was commendable. Hats off to the team. A great work and great culture. Looking forward for more events . Rating 5/5

Wasted hotel. Its not a five star hotel. Staff all rude and not polite. No welcome drink. Paint smell and smoking smell all over the building. Breathing difficulities and old people stay away from this ghoast bunglow. Staffs all like a army persons. Pathetic reception area expect chandlior. Breakfast ok but staffs are not welcoming. We are never ever recommand this hotel for others. Windows all dirty or blure so you cant see out side.roomes like a dark cave. Aircon not working properly. Minimum 21 Max 25 you cant adjust. Very hot at night time.please dont book this hotel with high cost. Its worth for Rs.1500 per night. After stay this hotel i fall in sick because whole day breathing chemical smell all the floor and room.omg very bad experiance.

We stayed here on our first night in India. We arrived late after 21 hours of flying. The staff were friendly and helpful and checked us in quickly, making sure we had what we needed. They had forgotten to put in the additional bed however they bought it up quickly and without any fuss. Breakfast was nice and had a great variety of foods. It was a 30 second walk to the metro train which we caught to a shopping mall so it was really easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms at this hotel are not designed well. The TV in the room is placed on left wall of the bed which makes it at an uncomfortable angle, that is no proper sitting position for watching TV. I usually not watch TV at hotel but as ICC World Cup was going on I wanted to watch but couldn't rest well and watch comfortably. Also the mini bar is kept in front of the TV which also obstructs the view of TV. There is no mirror in the room. The only mirror available in the room is in the bathroom. The mattress was also firm. The window is not clean and foggy always, so no clear view of outside. Bathroom is good with bathtub and all the amenities. Ok for a one night stay but definitely not good for longer stays. Food is good at the hotel and service is also good. Great and friendly staff. Near to metro station.

One of the worst property from Radisson along with completely useless and negligent staff. They provided us with couple of rooms and after settling our luggage we went for dinner. They allowed some other guests to check-in to my room, removed my luggage and had the audacity to open our bags to keep things inside which was on the table. When we escalated the matter they were of no help to us and the entire staff just wanted to settle the matter. We lost good amount of cash from our purse. We still were polite enough to not escalate this matter further as it would have impacted their staff's future. In compensation they offered us complimentary room to which we agreed and it was mentioned that they would refund the amount after talking to MMT. To my surprise they are not refunding the amount and being rude about it. The worst staff that I have come across.

Disappointing Experience at Radisson Blu Kochi I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Hotel Kochi and, unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The extended two-hour wait at the reception was frustrating, and despite the wait, we were unable to get the room we had booked. The prolonged delay in check-in significantly impacted our overall experience. The staff's inability to provide the room we had reserved was disappointing and inconveniencing. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, communication about the delay and room availability would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, this experience has left a negative impression. I hope this feedback helps the hotel improve its services for future guests.

The hotel was good and the food spread was standard..loved the classy white interior and swimming .... but The Room was compact and stuffed .... the view outside the window was not worth .. window glass was so dirty, couldn't even view anything out of the window .. expected a better experience

Had been to other Radisson blu hotels in the past. This property is not at all to the Radisson blu standards. Room floors were dusty and dirty and lots of mosquitoes in the room. Informed the same to the concerned person but no action taken against and did not even provide mosquito repellent atleast. Overall not at all satisfied.

Great rooms, clean and comfortable. Front desk is friendly. Breakfast is great. However the lift is a nightmare - only two small lifts serving 12+ floors and in my stay there I spent at least 2 hours in total just waiting for the lift. The security is bit weird and rude. Have to pass through scanner even while going out. No assistance provided to handle the luggage. I was carrying 3 luggage and had to use my leg to open the door and then the security staff got angry at me for not having 3 hands. I will stay away from this hotel and hence 1 star because of this horrible checkout experience.

Hotel is located in the heart of the city with metro station just outside making travel in the city easy. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is humble and very corporative. Enjoyed staying here.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Radisson Blu Cochin. The building appeared old and neglected, lacking proper staff attention. The food was of poor quality and tasteless, which reflects poorly on the entire Radisson group. Additionally, the screens and curtains in the hotel were torn, further adding to the overall disappointment. The lack of staff at the parking area and careless security measures only added to the negative experience. I strongly advise against choosing Radisson Blu Cochin for your stay.

Due to the pandemic we couldn’t fully enjoyed the experience of this place, as the breakfast buffet, pool etc wasn't available. The breakfast was very basic and could definitely improved! Room was clean and comfortable and the bathtub was our highlight. Everyone maintained safety and hygienic standards and we felt safe during this covid time.

When ever I visit I make sure I stay here only. Very good hotel, differently done rooms. Ambiance is awesome. Friendly staff, and all above the old is delicious specially upam with stew in the breakfast. Location is also prominent and food is good overall. Rooms are all type and recommended for couples and families to spend good quality time.

Visited my Sisters and Brother in Law. Have not been here in a long time. The last time I went to the hotel was when it was called Dream Hotel and had the famous Mainland China inside. Hotel is very clean. Staff and Management are very warm and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The buffet breakfast was good, gym has opened after covid crisis. Spa, Pool, Sauna & steam yet to be opened. Staff was polite, helpful even though service is lagging. We waited 15mins for getting our entry key card replaced on second day due to some technical error from Radisson. Overall it seems to be a budget hotel (not in price range) when compared with Hyatt.

I stayed for a night and was quite disappointed with their service and amenities 1) rooms are small and claustrophobic 2) rates do not justify the rooms 3) they don't have basic amenities likes toilteries, I asked for a dental kit and the answer I got was, it is out of stock 4) duty manager is very rude to kids, my kids were running at the lobby late in the evening and he came up to them and scolded them. 5) bar staff , literally told us be fast when we were making payment , with reason saying I am the only staff . Staff at the hotel (dining ) are good and very courteous. I would want to appreciate the fact that they were very hospitable unlike the lobby manager (wish I had seen his name ) . The staff at the lobby room reservation was good though At the end I would like to say , you have better options unlike this hotel . It did not make our stay memorable

It was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and cozy. They had a complimentary breakfast which was good as well. Metro station nearby was handy when it comes to traveling at peak time.

This is a good property in a nice location. They have maintained the rooms pretty well despite lesser number of staff I guess. I booked a business class room which is spacious, unlike their normal rooms. The bed linens, towels looked fresh. The in room dining was good too. The let down was the breakfast because of poor service. The food is ok-ish.

Excellent service and great food. Had a minor hiccup with one of our rooms during the stay here but it was quickly sorted out by the management. Looking forward to stay here again !

The ambiance is alright. Staff is friendly and ready to help. But it's way too expensive. Food's good but it's not worth the exorbitant prices. I personally think it's ideal for small, formal gatherings rather than a large group.

We were there for three nights. overall stay was good, rooms were very neat and clean. They have upgraded my booking to business class room without any charges.Hotel is situated very near to Elamkulam metro station so very helpful to travel inside the city.Breakfast was good but bf items were same in all days, it could be better if they can shuffle few items every day. Only problem I faced there is, they are not allowing outside food into the rooms so guests doesn’t have choices for taking outside food.

Nice Experience Staying in Room. Staff is very friendly. I had dinner and breakfast which was also very nice. There were hell lot of things in buffet that we get tried choosing but the buffet doesn't ends. As soon as staff came to know m new and I am travelling the Staff member by name Libin helped me explore new new places, thanks to him too. Overall experience was nice.

Rooms were too old and the beds were not comfortable and were too hard. Had spent two difficult nights. Front desk and concierge were great. The doorman and security were of great help. Need to bring up better standards to match to Radisson name.

Had dinner buffet with family. Spread was nice with plenty of veg options. The staff were very warm and friendly (especially to toddlers). My 21m old baby also had a great time there. Special thanks to Anamika for giving company to my little one. Would love to visit again.

This hotel had amazing service and very helpful staff - fast room service, easy check and and check out, great restaurant service. Breakfast and wifi was also decent. The only negative of this hotel is the rooms feel a little run down - the all-white furniture in the rooms and restaurants is a little dirty. Also, because there were only 2 lifts, we sometimes had to wait a long time to get one.

I was there for Lunch and it was so Good and the food were so amazing love the Ambiance and the Warm Welcome of the staff. A huge big Shout out to the F&B team including the Restaurant manager and the Waiter. Amazing Knowledge about the Food and The place to visit. Rooms feel quite dingy. Cleanliness was not up to the mark. Property is quite old in room dining for main course shuts down by 11.00pm and nothing is available except burgers and sandwiches after that time. Staff is quite good and supportive. Roshan from the restaurant team was great and helpful

I have booked a Superior Room for two days. The room was very not clean, damaged furniture. Not worth of money . It cannot be consider as an 5 star rated hotel. Please find the attached photo of the furniture were in my room.

Stayed here for a night during my trip in Kerala and it was a super pleasant experience!! The room and the hotel in general was very modern, minimal, spacious and beautiful! The food was great and the stuff very kind and helpful! I can't help but mention the restaurant manager, Mr. Libin in particular, who noticed I had caught a small cold and went out of his way to make me a special traditional spicy ginger tea with honey that helped me so much!! I'm so grateful for both his kindness and his hospitality! (And his great tips for our next excursions in Munnar!) Overly, I'm super happy with my stay and I wish I didn't have to leave so soon! Definitely recommend this hotel!

A little old Radisson with different room layouts offering mediocre experience. But the entire hotel is run by great staff who are actually very nice. The lunch buffet in the restaurant at U level is just mediocre where as the breakfast was actually great. All in all, a okayish hotel with mediocre experience. Its the staff crew's best efforts that turns the mediocre experience to a pretty better experience. Also the room descriptions are a bit off. The online website mentioned all Business class rooms have King beds. But our room had a queen size cot. Also the ciggy smell from the neighboring room was leaking into our room through the AC. We stayed in a non smoking floor though. There was a mild mouldy smell in the air throughout our stay. All in all, a decent hotel if you can overlook the shortcomings.

The hotel is ok, just a few things are lack of coordination among staff. When you come as a group, they have no idea on who checkouts when or who have left. They forgot to collect payments even after guests asked at checkout and then had strong follow-ups post leaving for their mess-ups. Good breakfast and the operations manager did a good job of quick check-ins.

Superior room was not good. Especially sliding bathroom door, lock, spot light in washroom not working. Bath tub looked very old. Service was really worse. Have to wait for hours to get something even if you keep calling every 15 mins and reminding them. Suite room was much better.

Location: Took 2hrs starting at 5:30pm; due to traffic. Choose this because it's on the way to Alleppey. Nothing around. Don't plan to eat out. Food: we had buffet dinner and breakfast. It was good. 👍. Rooms: Damp smell due to lack of ventilation. ACs were probably long due for cleaning. Our noses blocked. When we woke up, we found a layer of dust on the phones. 👎

Very difficult to rate this more than 2/5. It's like they cut back staff during COVID and never brought new staff in after. The service is almost nonexistent. Rooms are very poor quality for what you pay. They are falling apart. Needs major renovation and a wake up call. Having stayed in other Radisson hotels, I was very disappointed.
