I enjoyed the experience. Really only went for the quad bikes. The ride was very short, only 2.5km. However, it can take longer depending on how often people stop along the trail. The coordination and organisation could use some improvement. Perhaps have set times for each ride to ensure that everyone is able and that way can also make more money with more rides. I didn't fish but the pond looked ok. It's winter so no one was swimming. The pool look clean. There was a bouncing castle and a trampoline available, which the other kids seemed to enjoy. There were park drives available if you're interested in seeing some herbivores. The toilet was relatively clean with tissue being provided. The food arrived quickly and was good and filling. The place wasn't too busy despite the number of people. The staff were welcoming and very attentive. I would also suggest putting more signage on the roads so that you don't get lost and end up taking another route, especially when it becomes dark.

The place is incredibly beautiful with just the right amount of activities to keep adults and children entertained while there. There's a lot of animals roaming around that treat you to a mini game drive as drive in from the main entrance. Some of the staff are incredibly friendly and the food from the restaurant is actually decent. But, there's a lot of things that leave a lot to be desired. First of all, ordering food from the restaurant will have you waiting a while (we waited for over two and a half hours), this is mainly because food from outside isn't allowed and so the restaurant gets overwhelmed. Secondly, the guy in charge of the activities is somewhat rude and doesn't know how to talk to people and fails to work under pressure, so we couldn't try out any of the activities as a result. Thirdly, their food menu is somewhat limited, which is a bummer. My advise: Book your activities the moment you get there to avoid disappointment, don't wait. Also order your food straight from the restaurant, don't rely on the waiters, ours kept us waiting for two hours and claimed we never made an order. And most importantly, go there during the week to get the best service. Overall, awesome place if you keep your expectations in check

Best place to enjoy weekend with friends and family 😊

It was such a lovely experience. Went there in the middle of the week and was immediately greeted by a giraffe at the entrance. Zebras were next and I enjoyed seeing more animals on the quad bike safari. It was fun and the guide Obey took some excellent photos and even made posing suggestions and added video too. He literally directed a whole photo shoot. We maintained a good safe speed unlike other quad bike safaris that let you go at a snails pace. My hat flew off at one point and Obey circled back and came to the rescue and found it. Very fun activity, definitely taking the whole family back. As for other activities the pool wasn’t full and the trampoline could use some maintenance but fishing was available if time had allowed. Overall an excellent experience and I will take family members back.

A top chef maybe needed. The meals are not as expected because even the flies are nothing to talk about. Service needs to improve. The waiters must learn to give back change unless a customer tells them not to. The route for the rides is too short for the kwachas paid. Otherwise, it is a well thought out idea with plenty space and plenty activities.

We spent a weekend (2 nights) in the luxury tents with comfortable bed and were absolutely spoilt and always taken care of. The breakfast included was way more than we could eat and was delicious. We ordered dinner the one evening and it was cooked to our liking and was delicious. Beautiful surroundings and wildlife on the doorsteps of Lusaka. We were blessed with zebra 🦓, impala coming up to the pool while we enjoyed breakfast. Will definitely be coming back here one day soon. Thank you 🙏 for the awesome hospitality.

Second time visiting Kwisoko. Very nice place. Game drive, fishing, quad biking, swimming all great itineraries to partake in. Kid and family friendly The food & beverage menu was good. The service & booking system at the quad biking section can be made way more efficient. Suggestion to the owner/s for miniature golf 🙌🏽 Overall, great well priced place for a mini getaway.

The customer service is terrible. The man at the gate clearly hates his job but the customers don’t need to know that. The food is not great. The food was “ready” 3 hours after we made our order. They forgot to service a plate. And Yes, there is indeed a Nun in a nurses outfit pretending to be a waitress. She was dressed head to toe in blue. She was incredibly rude while giving people the wrong order. They need an actual chef and actual waitresses. The quad bike ride was fun although way too short. Shout out to Mr. Daka who gave us the Game Drive. He had many roles that day. He needs a raise and a half. He had really good energy and is the only reason I’m giving this establishment 3 stars and not 2. Also where Giraffe that was advertised? Anyway definitely lower your expectations. Eat before you go and go there for the quad bike ride and Mr. Daka’s energy on the Game Drive. Good Luck!

Kwisoko sucks grade B for 2 reasons. 1. Food orders are ok only ready after an average 2 hour wait. 2. Activities are limited to only swimming, game viewing and quad bike riding. The ranch is massive, all it needs is a manager who understands people that want to jive.

Customer service very poor, rude staff. This is mostly based on one waiter’s behavior and it shouldn’t cast any shade on other staff ( like Rachel and the bar guy) that were very nice. The quad bikes rides were quite short drive but very fun

Hi ! Entry fees K100 Quad bike ride K150 (2.5km) Game drive K100. For each person In Game drive, we had seen zebras, wild buffalos,Impalas,but we had not seen the Giraffe. Quad bike, ride was awesome.

The adventure, activities especially quad biking is a lovely experience but their food leaves so much to be desired. I do hope management can prioritize this area otherwise people will not stop sneaking in food from outside if they don't improve. overall, a great and memorable experience for me and my family. Loved it!

The place is over rated,dirty swinging pools,bad food,expensive food and drinks. The k100 entry fee is not necessary cause you still pay for other activities inside. The staff have poor customer service. All in all it's not worth spending on. Total waste of money.

The place is nice although the need to improve on the service, food, bar and wildlife. The tents have no heaters and the bar lady was supposed to also attend to our needs at the tents. Swimming pool not that deep plus they said K100 for quad bike 30 mins but only let us drive for 5-10 mins lastly there are only 3 good working quad bikes so not a place where you can go with a big group

I am very disappointed, I called the reception in today, and I was greeted by a very rude person on the call. I was just making simple inquiries about the packages they are offering, and wanted to clarify on pricing and the person on the call was very very disrespectful. If this is how I can be treated over the phone. How will I be treated when I come as a customer to this game ranch. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated and the way my family was addressed. I was expecting more but I am utterly dissapointed. If we can't treat eachother with respect and kindness then you have already shown me that there is no regard to how customers are treated. I hope this review serves as a correction to this game ranch on how to treat their customers.

Four-wheel drive is fun, but the time is relatively short. Umbrellas should be provided near the fish pond. If there are more larger fish, fishing will be more interesting.

I enjoyed watching the animals, fishing and the young adults rode the quads. They need more help with the restaurants/grill. Food took a bit long to come out. Other than that, it was a good day out. I will definitely go back.

Good play to have a hangout with friends. Outside room experience is good.. Place need more investment in the park, Not much animals to see. They seem to prioritize weekends activity and neglect on those staying for accommodation. Kitchen and bar are closed at 16:40, there is a need for a tent at the hangout.

Very peaceful and tranquil. Lovely chalets, good fishing spot and easy to see the animals. Almost as if it's not in the city.

Inadequate shelter, grounds not well covered, had to cancel my food order as it took more than 2 hours and was still being told wait for one more hour. No proper customer service. No proper queueing system as in first in first out both for the restaurant/bar and game drive/quad bikes.

The pool was small. The chef handled the food in unhygienic manner. Lack of shade coverage in sitting places and lack of greens in sitting areas. Pool for kids is full of dirt and lack of proper pavings around the pool areas.

Arguably the worst service I've seen in Zambia! People literally waited 3hrs to get served, only one safari vehicle, the pool area not fully established, the waiters were arguing among themselves, it wasnt a good experience!

Well the service at the place you get food was not okay, only one person knew the prices of the drinks and food this made service really slow on top of that my order kept being given to some one else I had to wait about an hour and a half for my food Overall the place is amazing it exceeded my expectations its value for money just the waiters need training Will definitely be coming back Hope by then things will have changed

Manager was rude and lacked customer service which was a huge spoiler.He furthermore,sprang extra charges on us without any warning or notice.The signage lacks on this property so look out for fines.Positive Mr Miti and Donald are amazing and have fantastic customer relations which helped turn a bad experience into a good one.

It's a beautiful place, there are swimming pools , for adults, children and one gets to see wild animals like giraffes, antelopes and buffalos..The food very nice and taste but if you are into nshima the portions are very small.. They is also fishing, but you will need to hire fishing rods at a small fee.. You also get to watch football or any sport at the bar..

Great Ambiance and Facilities. However the service leaves alot to be desired. They need qualified experienced management and qualified service staff with emphasis on staff training and customer service. From the secuirty at the gate, to the servers and staff responsible for supervising activities, their customer service skills and professionalism leaves alot to be desired. Disappointing to see the staff in charge of activities not able to organize booking guests activities professionally and following booking order to get on rides and enjoy activities due to some clearly drunk on the job. The quad bike rides and game drives were like a free for all chaotic market place with people jumping ques and staff having no idea what they were doing due to drunkenness and obvious pocketing of monies. Senior management should pay attention. Mystery Shoppers will help you improve your business. Look into it as you don't seem to be aware of everything going on from the customers perspective.

Place is decent but price of food and drinks as well as other activities are on the high side. Especially kids activities.

Good enough

Yesterday I phoned to ask if we may take our own food and the manager said yes no problem. Today we came there they did not want us to take in our food. We had to pay per person to take in our food. Then when they went fishing they gave us a price for fishing. Then after that you still have to pay for the fish you caught. The ladies toilet did not even had toilet paper in. Very bad service will never go there again. The staff is so unfriendly.

Beautiful place but I found it to be too limiting. The staff are friendly OK, I'd dispute some of the reviews I saw before going there myself. About the quad bikes, management should either refurbish them or get new one. I didn't enjoy my ride, the bike was hard to control and they said that was one of the good-condition ones (I wonder how the other ones are). So it's 2-stars from me 👎🏾

I had a very good experience . The customer service has really improved and the staff was polite . We had no problem at all. The man at the entrance was jovial and welcoming, we didn’t have to wait to buy the ticket . game viewing went well , the driver was very patient and polite, it was definitely worth it . The quad experience was also amazing , the instructor did not rush us , he was also very polite and even helped us take pictures . We had enough time on the quads , we went all way round , saw some animals along the way. It was a great experience. Our meal was served on time with no delays as well and it was delicious … the waitress was also polite towards us! Overall I’ll give the place a 10/10 and I would definitely visit again .
