This shop is so small that it doesn't even deserve 1 star. Buying something that had already been opened, when I got home and used it, it didn't take more than a few hours and it was also broken. Then I went down to the shop and said I wanted the money back, because it was not okay to sell things that had been opened and were not good. They refused to pay it back and said it was my own fault and that my computer was bad. The boss started arguing with me as to whether I was lying or not. He then began to attack me personally and criticize me. I don't think that's okay, so now I've spent money on something that doesn't even work just because they wouldn't take it back.

Good and competent service. The shop is a little messy because there has to be room for a little too many product groups for my taste... Quite a necessity to be able to survive, so it is therefore quite clear to live with. What was previously experienced as a nice specialty store has now become more of a slightly special store and more of a 'mixed general store'... However, many will probably find what they are looking for here, so the concept is probably fine in its place. Definitely worth a visit and fantastic that there is actually an IT shop with a well-functioning workshop in little Odder!

Super service

The manager tried to cheat me out of DKK 550, based on an agreement I made with one of his employees. - Employees and I had agreed that I would hand in my PC for the check they carry out free of charge. A week later, when I was notified that it was done and came to pick it up, he said that I owed DKK 550. I explain that it wasn't the deal, after which he lies to my face and says that I must have something with the memory, as I don't remember saying that they should just fix whatever they found. It ended with a half-hour discussion that ended with us calling his employees who were on vacation. He confirmed my story and the manager practically threw the PC into my arms and angrily said that it was at the house's expense. A total fool who is so fake you think it's a lie. For God's sake don't shop here. Take the drive to Elgiganten and have it done by some professionals instead of the money-grubbing amateur

Awesome

Received such rude and arrogant service over the phone when I approached with a query. Then I talked to three others before there was a place that had time for an urgent task. In all other places I received very friendly service. Likes to shop locally. If we can speak kindly to each other :-)

Very bad and poor service

Unfortunately, less than one star cannot be given. Had a problem with a printer. Instead of understanding my problem, the owner went on the offensive and accused me of lying. Rude. Unbelievable that you can do business with that attitude towards the customer. Also had a bad experience when buying the printer.
