The owner tries to scam people off of their deposits. It has been 60 days (Edit: it has been 5 month plus now) since I left the PG and even after that the owner hasn’t returned my deposit. Other than that, there are several problems with the PG itself.

Very Nice place to stay, best infrastructure with value for money I have ever seen with respect to other PGs till date my stay in Delhi/NCR. Food is also tasty and one thing I have seen is that hygiene is up to mark here. Also Landlord and Caretaker are very cooperative. I would surely suggest you to stay here if your office is nearby Sector 23/22 Gurugram. Also its is hardly 5-10 minutes drive from Udyog Vihar, 10-15 drives from DLF Cyber City/Cyber Park(Where you find major MNC's HO) and 25-30 minutes drive from Sector 44. Also these sectors are Corporate areas.

It is a very good pg in gurgaon, you don't need to worry about the food and its quality, they will give you 3 time food with very good quality, and their behaviour also is too good, i believe that is the main quality needed for a PG. I have been staying in PG's since past 7 years in different states and i have never stayed a pg like this, i love their service very much till today(02-08-2020)... I definitely recommend this PG to all my connection's. Edited-26-04-2022. To get the advance amount back, my friend had to call Mr Sameer (PG's owner) multiple times (we felt as though we were begging for the money). Thank God, I didn't give him any advance amount. And the cook is also changed(i gave the review on the top is for Mr Shankar, he is now not a part of Pearl pg).

It was a wonderful experience, I stayed here for 7 months. Food quality is excellent. Cleaning is up to mark. Safe society with park facing. Must recommended.

I have found Pearl PG best in Gurgaon. The staff is very friendly & helpful. Kitchen/Dining is very clean & hygienic. I lived here for almost 5 months & It was very nice experience as all facilities are available.

Overall a Good PG. 1. Mr. Sameer/PG Owner listens to the concerns of the tenants, if there are any. 2. Location wise a very good place. 3. Its a new property so infrastructure is good including washrooms. 4. Ample parking space. 5. Park n Temple just in front. 6. Food is ok. 7. Cleanliness is ok. 8. Friendliness.

Heard good reviews about it. Went there to check out rooms and no one was there at the office, rooms were open hence questioned the security. Otherwise learned that the rooms were full so can assume people like it.

My son stays there for 3 months only ,they have a very great Food quality and most importantly the location is very peaceful to stay near udhyog vihar. I always recommend this paying guest.

What I liked about the place is ...it is newly built ,big spacious rooms ,staff is very humble.. You can consider it for a stay in gurgaon ..

I have been staying in this PG for about a year. Initially, they collected a security deposit of 8000 rupees from me, but when I asked for a refund, they only returned 6000 rupees. When I inquired about the missing 2000 rupees, they claimed it was for maintenance charges, even though they never informed me about this beforehand. The cleanliness in the PG is not maintained regularly, and there is also a shortage of staff. It appears that they are engaging in fraudulent practices with the security deposit, and they cannot be trusted.
