Have been ordering pizza for a while from here. Usually i order margarita and mexicana. They are light (dont make you feel stuffed) and flavourful. Seems they have recently made some changes in their pizza sauce which has made the overall taste of the pizza little spicier. I hope it was just the case for one time and they go back to their original recipe, as it lets you enjoy the flavour of other ingredients more and makes the overall taste of pizza better. Otherwise, overall its good. It is lighter on your pocket as well, as compared to other options available in the market. Value for money. Cakes and pastries from here as well are always fresh and tasty. Had once ordered a custom made cake for a birthday party and the entire process was smooth- ordering, delivery and cake was fresh, tasty and the cream was light and not very sweet. Had been once to their shop. It was clean, had many other menu options as well and had some seating as well available.

Absolute frauds.. Cake has dust particles all over it. Returned it, however, these thugs have not yet refunded my amount inspite of more than 50 reminders to them. DO NOT PLACE order with them. It is not a sanitary place. As you can see from the pics, the cake was white in colour that's why we were able to see dust particles and hair on cake. Most people order darker colour cakes, so they might probably miss it. IF YOU WANT YOUR FAMILY to get sick eating cake, be my guest and order it from Creme Castle As far as positive reviews is concerned, once they deliver the order their PR team will contact you to submit 5* review

The cake was fine and this one star is for that only but i specifically mentioned to write something on cake. It was my baby's birthday and they didn't even send a happy birthday tag. Very very disappointed. You guys should at least see the complete order. And even if you can't do so please send happy birthday additionally. On top of that a broken cake was delivered. You guys completely ruined our moment. Please don't go for them if you have any specific requirement. They will just treat you as another useless customer and no importance would be given to your happy day or emotion.

It is an amazing place, to chill, relax, to work, to go with friends and family. It is a small cafe cum restro inside ansal plaza mall. The food, the staff, the ambience is all amazing and perfect.

Had the worst experience of ordering... The staff helpline person PRANJAY who attended me was super rude in his attitude of dealing with customers... If its so tough for this bakery to maintain a good customer service.. Then please discontinue the service... Or get a well educated and a mannered staff person.. WORST WORST WORST

So we wanted a witch's cauldron cake and hocus pocus witchie cupcakes for our halloween lover little one. They did a superb job of creating exact replica of what we wanted. Plus the taste was heavenly. Thank you Creme castle

I purchased a cake for my daughter's first birthday....just like this day I wanted a very special cake for her....so I checked their website...it had great designs at very good price.... Pranjay, the person I contacted for customisation was polite and very co- operative... The flavor of the cake was just yum and it looked superb...I'm happy that even in this covid situation they delivered all the happiness intact....!!!!

One of the best places to hangout with friends. Location is otherwise dead. It is in ansal mall. A must try is dairy milk cake. Food is amazingly tasty. Love the shakes they serve. Everything they bake is fresh. You can tell by eating brownies and cakes. Staff is good too. Aesthetic in it’s own manner. Seating is good tooo.

The helpline person (Pranjay) had a extremely rude way of talking and telling the customer that dont have a DEMIGOD SYNDROME.... is just not acceptable, if asked value for customers for me is on a negative scale.... not recommended for ordering as they have a disgusting helpline service ☺️

Great cafe in an otherwise slow and dreary mall. We had coffee, alfredo and arabiatta pasta, and an exotic veggie pizza. The coffee was strong and thick, the alfredo pasta was amazingly creamy, the exotic veggie pizza was crunchy with a cheesy topping. However, the arabiatta was the best thing out of those we tried. It's tangy smoky tomato sauce was to die for. Great good! Good place to spend time with friends. :)

It was a nice experience, I came here for the first time, The staff is very good and the Food is amazing and the ambiance is also amazing, You can click some good photographs if you love Photography... Flavour is authentic, balanced spices as per the dish and importantly no over spicing. 1 serving quantity is sufficient for a person when some dessert and cocktail is added. When you got few members, can order afee Mexican dish and Italian dish with a combination of salad and nacho. Easily accessible with ample parking space in open and basement of the mall.

I ordered peri peri fries, pizza, pasta, potato wedges & 3 mojito it cost me 1250. Peri peri fries was so yummy but don't try pizza, pasta & potato wedges there it was waste of money and mocktail was also fine not worth it.

Ordered a Paw Patrol Cake for my daughter's birthday yesterday. I had requested for a 1.5 kg cake and was charged accordingly. However, I received only a 1 kg cake and ran short as expected. It was embarrassing. Also, the person on whatsapp message suddenly seem to first not understand the issue and now stopped responding all together.

The cake was pretty ordinary. Taste wise ok design was pretty bad . You can note the difference in design of what was asked and what was delivered in the photo . The price is also on higher end .

For me in theme cake theme was missing when I asked them their reply was sorry madan☹, highly irresponsible and ruined my day , if they were responsible they would have sent their employee with creame cone to put things right ...but they are very casual & irresponsible...highly disappointed

Cake is tasteless and very wet and sogy Bread and cream is tasteless. Post customer service is poor. I tried complaining couple of times but no proper solution. This was the first time I faced this issue with Creme Castle. It ruined the birthday celebration of my Daddy.

The food was quite interesting. It was very creative and if you don't know much about food then you might enjoy it too. The cheesy mushroom dish that I ordered was fine however, the pizza was mediocre since the base that they use was stored in the freezer and I'm sure that they don't have an conventional oven that is used for industrial purposes either. It sure makes a difference with the quality of food.
