Our travel experience was truly blissfull through entire trip . The members of the travel agency team were friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. We found the travel team's representatives always at the end of phone or email both before and during our trip . At each point of destination the team had arranged for a local representative to meet us upon arrival and farewell us upon departure providing us with local information and a contact for any issues. Our main contact at this travel team was constantly in touch with us checking that we were happy with the accommodation etc. He was very flexible and generous with his time when we wished to make variations to our itinerary.

I book pickup from Aiport T 1.The car came in time, driver was helpful in arranging our bags. After we reached home the driver even helped us intaking our bags to first floor. We are senior citizens. This was really nice of him. Krro it on Kafia.

On the recommendation of my friend, I decided to go with Kafila tour& travel for the Ramgardh trip, the car could have been better but the driver "deepu ji" was very professional, polite and well aware with the bendy roads of Hill areas. 99rs car wash they say. But only expect water wash, if you really love your car don't expect a good wash. If you say ki thoda sahi se saaf kardo to he will charge you 150Rs instead of 99 Indoor outdoor cleaning is 300rs I don't appreciate the service. But if you only want the water wash done nothing else. Then there are many places who offer 99 car wash.

I am using services of Kafila from last 7-8 years. Deepak and Joshi ji are very professional people, they always try to give best services to their customers. I would highly recommend them.
