Worst Service, No one cares about your health they just want money from you. Please avoid going.

It's a relatively smaller hospital but that doesn't take away any merits from the service provided. Doctors and Nurses are very kind and provide excellent service. Special mention to the insurance officer for enabling a smooth discharge procedure.

Needless to say that each and every member of this hospital is not only committed to his/her duty but also has one of the best human heart. They sometimes forget that they are on job but treat you as family member. Cleanliness is something they have mastered on . Please visit and get your self and your near and dear ones treated 👍👍

Avoid and save your money , life and frustration. Minus is correct rating. Extremely costly. force to buy costlier medicines and salines from their medical which is 3 times costly. I bought from nearby medical which was cheaper and giving discount so they said they will throw out patient If i don't buy from their medical. Charged 1800 just for 2 saline bottles and had to buy other medicines for 1533 rs which I could get in 720 rs in nearby medical.

What's better: My patient recovered quickly. Cleanliness. Rooms and washroom/bathroom are cleaned properly. The reception staff and other staff are polite and supportive. What can be better: The coordination between staff itself can be better. Patient needed 3 new intracath in 4 days. The doctor said hospitalization required is 2 days only, but it actually took 4 days. Nobody and guess this perfectly but vague promises shall not be made.

One of the worst hospital services I have ever experienced. The staff didnt know how to give simple IV properly. The management over there is just money oriented. The staff is rude and don't know how to talk to people. How can below average room for a day care cost 4,000 bucks. Just pathetic. Moreover, they were not ready to explain the charges and when did was extremely rude. If you really want the best service and hastle free hospitalisation, please dnt even think of this hospital.

It is overall a good hospital. Opd is good. I was admitted for 4 days hygiene is on thier priority. Recovery took time but now perfectly fine. The nurse are good and considerate. Hospital Recommended for General OPD and then for admissions.

If any body asked me that till in Kaliyug, whether the good doctors are exists on earth. Then I will say not only good doctors but the doctors like god are till existing in Ashraya hospital. and it is nothing but a DOCTOR Vishnukant Jadhav sir and his related team(Dr. Kinila mohan & Amit Koli sir and others too) . While my mother was seek, only the treatment from this hospital made difference to her. And she started feeling better. Now also read my story too. I was suffered from Pneumatic conditions of Lungs in Nov 2023. As I was already knowing this hospital at the time of 2018 and 2019, when my mother was seek with related to pulmonary problems like cough and viral infections. So I directly called to Doctor Vishnukant Jadhav sir and explained my problem. He given me appointment and checked thoroughly and he found my condition was little bit serious. He asked me to admit. And he treated me so well that, within 3 days he made control over my bad situation.

very very bad the staff is really rude i called up for OPD related query. The receptionist picked up the call that was the moment what worst answer i got the answer was "hum humare charges disclose nai karte jabhi aap avoge tabhi aapko bateyenge and abhi yaha pe receptionist he nai he to abhi koi charges nai bata sakti" adding on to that "she told ke humare hospital kholne ka fiada he kya" she literately treated like i am someone who is totally illiterate and she is the only superior. worst experience i ever had. really very very bad

Dr. Sudhir is experienced and knowledgeable professional who explains the diagnosis with simple and easy method to educate patients about the treatment. He suggests tests or diagnosis if those are necessary. He doesn't recommend unwanted tests like MRI, X-RAY etc. if it is not required. Most important part is he make patients comfortable with positive interaction, basis excercise to strengthen the muscles. Happy to have trusted doctor in our locality.

Worst hospital They just loot people. My brother was admitted here, they just want money and doesn't provide proper treatment..they just keep forcing for multiple body tests..and after getting normal reports also...for the EEG test which is just of 2500-3000k. They literally charged 8k for that from us. They dont care if you are middle class. They think of we are living in Pune so we might be earning lacks of money..the 2 days hospital bill was 63k including all the over costly body tests they did.please don't get admitted here..my brother is still not completely recovered..
