Last week, I visited Mumbai and spent three days at K.D Residence, which is operated by Hotel Melan along with another hotel. However, I was disappointed with my stay as the room service was not done by the staff, and the food was highly priced but lacked taste. Therefore, I highly advise you not to visit this hotel.

After charging heavy they count how much guest are eating (4 wati bhaji liya) 430 rs just for Paav Bhaji and pulav Hall rent extraa can u believe no doubt taste is great when buffet start Post the refill paav bhaji turn into mutter masala maska paav become sada paav Raita into curd Not recommended for any function 😌

A chef with limited knowledge is hired here... just 2 types of gravy used in each & every dishes... same chinese dishes same in Indian dishes... tried Chicken Mangolian that was cold hard like it was someones cancelled order and Lahori Paneer... Lahori Paneer even chef with little knowledge or no knowledge might know that Lahori Paneer is done in Cashew Cream Gravy... The gravy was like Non-veg dish... If someone don't know what different dishes taste like shall go and enjoy the tasteless not exactly tasteless but same taste dishes... NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Me and my husband stayed here for 2 nights Jan 23 to Jan 25 2023. First of all, this is not a hotel at all, it is more of a guest house with some in house restaurant facility (their website photos and claims are very very misleading) Cons: 1. No professional staff, locals working here as waiters and house keeping. 2. The reason i call it a guest house is like very basic hotel amenities are missing : no proper toiletries like cream, tissue paper; no wardrobe, no locker, no shelf to keep luggage, no warm water in shower, no hair dryer or iron. 3. No breakfast buffet, it says breakfast included. They give you option of some 4-5 items and you can order 1 or 2 for breakfast. 4. Very very poorly cleaned rooms. Rooms were just mopped, the bed sides had layers of dust, the phone had food particles sticking. Not sure even if the bed linen is washed after every guest leaves (thought it looked fine but not that freshness of just being cleaned). But atleast there were no bugs around!!! 5. No room cleaning done every day (may be if we had asked they would have done). 6. No proper lighting in the room, they had a dressing mirror but no light for it!!! Pros: 1. You do get a mineral water bottle (1 litre) every day. 2. We had our relatives staying in the nearby aparments, so we wanted a place very close to them, so had to stay here. 3. Not sure if in general Kalyan is a costly area, so for 3k per day, may be it is a cheap deal. 4. The custom made breakfast was tasty and freshly prepared. 5. Bathroom was clean, atleast no smell (though the toilet was probably not cleaned with harpic, so we used our toilet sanitizer spray). So all in all, dont stay here if you are on a vacation with family and looking for some good place to stay. But if you are on a budget or location constraint or may be just need a safe place to keep your luggage and sleep at night, then may be you can choose it.

Very good ambience they have thier own pub at basement night atmosphere there good sound. Foot quality is amazing over there.

They have not maintained the rooms well and service is also not good . Ac didn't work Geyser didn't work If you order something it wil take a hell lot of time and at the end they say it's not available,so quite pathetic service.

Food quantity is so much that u will get tired eating. Taste and Ambience is wow of sports bar. Overall happening place. Good for groups.

Very poor service and the front desk lady is very rude and does not know how to talk to customers. Wifi always some work going on or technical issue. There are many options available near to this hotel only book if you are okay for poor customer service and very rude behaviour that to paying so much money

The room maintenance was very good and very peaceful.good experience to stay here.

The waiters mentioned here that sir upar party chalu hai isliye yaha pe order ko time lag rha hai.. and i had ordered the main course at 10:30 but till 11:00pm the main course wasnt served.. and same happened with starters drinks got over and the starter was served after that. So highly recommend not to visit this hotel with or without family.. 4 tables were filled but there was only 1 waiter to serve . So its very pathetic

Very nice 🏨 in nearby areas with banquet hall and specious room with well mannered staffs and cleanliness, good parking space overall good place.

Had second bad experience with their restaurant. First time it was difference in billing when we highlighted it they first tried to argue it by saying the menu was old one when we told them then you should have given the latest one to the customer they gave a 20% discount on the bill. Now this latest one is of parcel of our remaining food. The quantity was too less than what was there. And even after complaining they are just not accepting their fault that means they are feeding the other customers the remaining food of other customers as there is no other reason for not giving the customer their remaining food. Were a regular customer. Will say their food tastes good but now can't go there as lost trust about the service . Don't want to eat others leftover food. If you don't care about eating others leftover food you can go ahead as the taste is good.

One of the best Family Restaurants in Kalyan City. Courteous staff, amazing food and pocket friendly... If you are fond of Chicken, must try Murg Mussallam at KD Residency. It has become one of my favourite orders... If anyone wants to spend a peaceful time with family, this is the place... Kudos KD Team!!

The hotal is so cleen and sarvice was excellent I was stay in KD residency on 25th June I remember that night I got sleep and the next day morning I had a flight the reception boy will remind me at 3:30 morning and book ola for me

Wonderful place with amazing collection of menu's. We can spend a good time with our family and friends in single roof getting all the benefits like sports bar, family restaurant, garden restaurant etc
