Very poor service Felt like why did purchased from here Bought a Whirlpool refrigerator in the month of April 2023 First repair in the month of July Simultaneously, in the month August September too same issues continued Thrice we did repairs Till now the issue is not resolved They just say engineer will come and visit and replace the part Whirlpool company will say to get in touch with dealer(reliance digital) Where we are asking them to replace the refrigerator with new one Till now it's November month we are still chasing for it Please think everyone and then buy I really had very pathetic experience from here

Pretty good, wanted to buy an msi laptop but it wasn't available unfortunately. But the staff was very kind and helped us a lot, a wide variety of finance options available overall pretty satisfied ( They even gave me a free mouse as the transaction took more time than we anticipated pretty sweet ) overall a great place but the number of brands available could be increased rest everything is great.

Pathetic service. We bought an AC and they sent a technician to get it install. The technician was so rough handling the AC, he didn't install the AC well he just wall mounted it and when we told him that the cooling is not happening he waved it off saying "10-15 min me ho jayga". Later it didn't work we are continuously getting in touch with their customer service but they are just adding on to the days. The tech from reliance told he would arrange someone it's been 3-4 days we are chasing after them, he is not answering the calls after we told it's not working and have no resolution apart from staying in this piping hot weather. would never recommend anyone to get appliances from here just because of their unprofessional installation service.

Bought a Sony TV and Samsung fridge last year with resQ plans. Initial prize was competitive but service under resQ plan is pathetic. My fridge is down since a week, multiple complaints at customer care and store yielded only assurances. Very poor internal coordination. Finally had to refill gas from outside. Don’t ever buy resQ plans, sure to get disappointed.

Got a speaker from from Reliance digital, and got a good deal Only thing that was off, is at the time of purchase I checked with staff they said speaker doesn't have remote and I trusted them. Later at home when I checked online it showed that speaker comes remote control. Then I emailed Reliance regarding the same they asked me to contact store. Still the matter is not resolved

Please compare there on site price with online price of there store (reliance digital online) I was victim of this while buying Laptop more than Rs.50000 plus..no discounts here! Sales executive not have price knowledge and he swing his words of free wireless mouse..WON'T RECOMMEND.

I always preferred Reliance digital and never faced any issues because I use to do a deep research at home online and then visit the store just to pick the item. However this time I went the store directly without any research thinking Reliance digital is a brand and here starts the story, The store agent fooled me by giving a different product than the one in display, and when I went back to store the store refused to change it and said the store rep might have already communicated with you while purchasing, I had to run around this for a lot of days and finally Neeraj a nice guy looked into it and fixed it, I gave 3 🌟 even after such a stressful experience and that's just because of Neeraj and his efforts to solve customers issue and keep customer service alive in our country. Suggestions for the store:- please tell upfront rather than fooling people for jus 1 sale and please train you product advisor so they can boost your sales with their knowledge and not by any wrong practice.
