The response from the male staff member in charge of the night emergency reception was the worst. When I contacted the doctor to request an emergency visit, he refused without asking me any questions, saying, ``We don't have an orthopedic doctor, so that's not possible.'' On the official homepage, ・Basic philosophy is “medical care that cannot be refused” ・Receive and treat emergencies at any time ・We provide emergency medical care, mainly in orthopedics, neurosurgery, and surgery. ・Emergency surgery available 24 hours a day It has been described as. When I called again and checked the area, I was told that there were some doctors who could see me and others who couldn't depending on the time of day. Please answer clearly in the first inquiry. I'm surprised that a hospital claims to be available 24 hours a day in such a situation. When I asked if there were any other medical institutions that had orthopedic doctors, he replied, ``I don't really know.'' After that, I was guided to the emergency consultation center #7119, and from there I was able to connect to Nerima General Hospital, where the staff at Mejiro Hospital were able to give me a thorough interview and explain how to respond. I am grateful for that section only. thank you very much. I think it's an abnormal situation for the patient when they decide to see the doctor outside of clinic hours, but I wonder if they don't know that because they work at a medical institution. Regardless of whether it is an emergency or not, there is no attitude of empathizing with anxious patients as it is completely someone else's problem. Hospitality 0. I think he is a person who cannot do his job very well if he uses "me" in the first person to talk to patients or makes inconsiderate comments such as "I can't do it", but it will seriously damage the impression of the hospital, so staff training and supervision should be done. I think it's better to remove it. Of course, I have no intention of being cared for here for the rest of my life, but I will also tell my family, friends, and acquaintances not to visit the clinic. I regret that I forgot to ask his name in my anger, but please be careful.

These are the families of those who were hospitalized. As others have written, I was treated extremely cruelly from beginning to end. In particular, the woman in charge of rehabilitation was not very responsive and I was unable to contact her at all. As a result, the procedures for hospital transfer were slow to progress, and my mother's condition worsened. I don't think this hospital is the place to entrust the life of a loved one.

On Saturday night, I experienced unbearable pain from a stone and was rushed to the hospital. When I had the symptoms before, the pain subsided quickly, but now the pain doesn't subside, and even though I'm in severe pain, I keep shouting, ``If you're hospitalized, you'll need two days' worth.'' In the end, the pain did not subside and I was admitted to the hospital, and the next morning I was told, ``There are no specialists here, so please leave immediately,'' and I was forced to leave the hospital without receiving any medication. In the end, I was only there for about 10 hours, and I received a bill of ``60,000 yen'' without receiving any proper treatment. I can't even imagine that a hospital like this exists. I hope it collapses soon. Also, even if I am taken by emergency the next time, I will say, ``Never go to Mejiro Hospital.''

I came here with an acute contact-lens related eye-infection emergency which could have potentially been very serious. The receptionist told me to get lost, giving me a number to call for help. Sorry but if this is a hospital, they should be able to deal with emergencies. She was also extremely rude, offering no help beyond a piece of paper and no concern for my problem. I was not even allowed to stay inside to make the call. This is despite having a huge bulging infected eyeball which clearly needed urgent attention. Absolute disgrace. I'm going to be making a formal complaint regarding this. In every country I have been to, a general hospital is a place you can expect to go to in an emergency and receive treatment.

(Translated by Google) My 3-year-old son slipped from the armrest of the sofa and fell and cut the back of his head. I came here by ambulance on Saturday afternoon without going to the hospital. The male doctors, female office workers, and everyone who consulted were polite. I was surprised to see this Kumi Komi. Maybe because I wasn't hospitalized ... I didn't feel uncomfortable. (Surely the building is old.) I am grateful and grateful for accepting it despite the corona wreck! Thank you m (_ _) m (Original)

I am very grateful that he was taken to the hospital immediately after suffering from a stroke at a young age, and that he has made an almost complete recovery. The neurosurgery doctor and ICU nurses were very kind and polite, and made me feel at ease. However, general hospitalization, office, and outpatient services were not good. I asked for a medical certificate twice, but both times the kanji for my name, address, and age were incorrect, so it seems like they didn't double-check. Moreover, I don't know the circumstances, but one took two months. Some people answered the phone in a hostile manner. The fact that the medical certificate is cheaper than others is good for your pocket. There are some things going on, but overall I'm grateful that I was able to recover.

(Translated by Google) The other day, I had an operation here. It was said that surgery was not possible at the major hospital that was first introduced ... Surgery at the first hospital may not cure you ... Then it's better not to have surgery. I was told that it would be okay if I couldn't move my fingers a little, but the doctor at Mejiro Hospital performed an operation to cure it, and explained the rehabilitation after that. Certainly the hospital was old, and there were many inpatients who were elderly ... I am glad that both my doctor and nurse were very polite.

(Translated by Google) An old acquaintance was hospitalized for a broken thigh, underwent surgery at this hospital, and was transferred to a hospital specializing in rehabilitation, but he was still forced to leave the hospital and returned home if the transfer destination was not decided. When he couldn't walk to the hospital and was taken by an ambulance after falling down, the old man shouted to the emergency staff, "I want you to avoid only Mejiro Hospital!" It's such a hospital. be careful. The doctor is making money. Not a decent hospital. (Translated by Google) Currently hospitalized. It seems that the concept is to accept patients who would be rejected by other hospitals, and it is unfortunate that nurses are often forced to work 16 hours or more at night. As long as I listen to what the nurse says, I don't feel like my hands and feet are restrained when I'm in the hospital, so I can play with my smartphone smoothly.

Neighboring residents are aware that the hospital accepts many ambulances. If it interferes with smooth emergency transportation, we would appreciate it if you could consider the method again in consideration of the people passing by and the neighbors ...! My grandmother, who is over 90 years old, was hospitalized for gastric fistula surgery. It seems like they have a policy of ``accepting everyone,'' and I'm grateful for that. Also, the surgery itself seems to have gone well, but perhaps because of the coronavirus, I don't know anything about the progress. However, in the middle of the night that day, I suddenly received a phone call saying, ``My condition has suddenly deteriorated and my heart has stopped, so please come quickly.'' In the end, I had to come face-to-face with the body. I hate the coronavirus, and I also hate the suddenness and ephemerality of people's final moments, but since it happened so suddenly, I feel some responsibility on the hospital's part (the patient had a lot of energy, so I didn't expect him to die. I didn't think so). Later on, I asked him about his progress while in the hospital, but he didn't respond well and ended up sending me proof of the details. To be honest, I can only feel a sense of disbelief. There seemed to be a shortage of manpower, but I don't think this has anything to do with the patients (although I think this may be due to the current situation). Also, the hospital's policy is admirable, but I think it would be pointless if people died because of it. At the very least, I'm starting to wish that the hospital was able to provide me with proper records. I think it's good for a local hospital because it seems like they can take care of everything, but in serious cases, I think it would be better to go elsewhere.

I was bruised all over my body in the accident, so I had no choice but to go to Mejiro Hospital because there were no other emergency hospitals available. As soon as I arrived at the hospital, my doctor was on the phone with someone else. During that time, the female teacher worked hard to help me with where my pain was. Things were good up to that point, but the bald doctor in charge of X-rays and CT was the worst. After the X-ray and CT scan were successfully completed, I had to move to the bed I had been on and get up, but my whole body was sore and bruised that I couldn't get up by myself, so I asked the bald person in charge of the CT scan, ``Hands.'' Please lend it to me.'' I asked. Then, he told me rather forcefully, ``You can usually get up, so don't rely on others and get up on your own.'' I was surprised that he was treated with bruises all over his body, and that he was treated with no consideration as a doctor. The female teacher next to me supported my back and I was able to get up slowly, but after that, she said, ``You can get up after all, don't be so easy.'' I was in a daze, but that's the only thing I remember clearly. . Also, my attending physician was adamant that there was no need to do anything because there were no abnormalities in the X-rays and CT scans. My head still hurt and I was dizzy, so when I asked him what to do after this at home, he said, ``There were no abnormalities in the X-rays and CT scans.'' There's nothing wrong with that, please go home.'' I wondered if this was meant to be a medical examination. It really was the worst hospital with a male doctor. I didn't want to go to this hospital even if I had an emergency or something like that again. I would like to be refunded the full amount of expenses incurred. I don't really want to give a star, but the female teacher and the new young teacher kindly told me, ``It's okay,'' so I'm giving it one star. We recommend that you don't go too often if it's your first time going to an emergency room!

My grandfather was hospitalized due to a stroke, and he became even more malnourished. There's no way he's malnourished even though he's in the hospital. Even if you talk to the nurse in charge, if the person is from a foreign country and you don't understand what they're saying, it doesn't seem like anything is being understood. The attitude of other Japanese nurses is also bad. I'm glad I was able to change hospitals now, but it's not really functioning as a hospital and I'm worried about other patients.

I almost want to give it a minus. Anyway, your attitude is bad. Telephone support Why do superiors say things? A man came out, but was he at the reception desk? I will never go there. It just irritates me Why are you angry? teeth? I'm angry at your response to the phone. It seems like there are people working there who can't relate to people.

I was brought to the hospital by ambulance during the day on Sunday due to sudden abdominal pain. Fortunately, I only needed an intravenous drip, but I am very grateful to the person who took care of it. I felt that the hospital was one of the best hospitals I've been to, as it was very easy to understand, including detailed explanations of test results and arrangements for referral letters. He casually talked to me about things that the average person doesn't know, such as how intravenous drips work, and the anxiety I had when receiving intravenous drips disappeared. I would like to once again thank the staff for taking care of even the smallest things like this.
