Room is clean and bigger than other hostels. Staffs are very nice and friendly. Location is not far from Ameyoko, 700m by walk. Beakfast is not large buffet but lots of instants stuffs are provided, such as corn soup, Miso soup, Coffee, Japanese tea, 3 types bread etc. By the way, There are only 5 shared bathrooms, queue was so long in midnight.

Great, comfortable and affordable place. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Common area is cleaned every morning, just make sure to keep your luggage in the lockers provided so you do not cause trouble to the other dorm mates. The hostel provides men only, ladies only and also a mixed dormitory if you are there with family members. Each floor has its own toilet. Washing machine, showers and the bath tub are coed in the basement. Mirrors, seats and hair dryers are provided if you wish to dry your hair after a shower along with a weighing machine at the corner. Light breakfast is served every morning from 5am to 10am if you wish to grab a light bite before going out. For security, you will be provided with a keycard that can only access your level. Location wise, it is located at a pretty good place, a short walk from multiple convenience stores, several of the metro lines are also nearby.

I spent in Japan almost 3 weeks this year, stayed in a few hostels and this one is my favourite on a par with J Ship in Osaka. Its situated just a stone's throw from Ueno station, totally clean, totally new. The reception ladies are very helpful with providing whatever information you want to know. What I especially liked are afternoon activities for the guests, e.g. I took part in Origami making.

I stayed only one night here but i experienced a great hospitality from this super comfy hostel. I started my journey in japan from this hostel, and it was a perfect decision. The room, the bed, the cleanliness and also the staffs are excellent. I would stay at this hostel again when i visit japan next time. How i miss japan so much 🥺

I stayed here for only one night and wished to have stayed longer. This place is good value for money and is close to Ueno station. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are kept clean. The staff were excellent and were kind enough to let me check in earlier than stated check-in time. Free breakfast is also a plus point. It was too bad I wasn't able to join any of the cultural activities. I placed this hostel on my starred list in Google maps and will book here again when I stop by Tokyo.

Amazing capsule hotel, everything was neatly arranged. I was amazed by the quality of the facilities given the low price range. Friendly 24 hour desk with English speakers. Soft beds, free lockers, individual shower cabins, washing facilities, Western breakfast. Definitely recommended stay.

Enough to move alone! ! The facilities and equipment are clean and breakfast is provided. Breakfast includes several types of bread, coffee, tea, soup, etc. I was surprised that the toaster I kept was Balmuda lol When I showed a foreigner who was eating it at the same time how to use it, he got really excited. The location is convenient as it's right next to Okachimachi!

Really clean. Comfortable beds. Great showers. Very friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Quiet, not a place for socialising and drinking like some hostels, the communal area is pretty quiet.

Great hostel!! I would like to spend a lot of time to introduce it. Location:Near by all Tokyo’s trains and subways,therefore you can transfer to every feature views,NRT airport above.Ueno is populous. Service:There has receptionist in the counter for 24 hours.You have to leave the key in the counter,so don’t worry about you lost the key.Otherwise,their service is friendly and kindly with smile. Facilities:The room is clean,take off your shoes and wear their slippers is necessary.The common bathroom is in B1 floor,it designed to easily to take a shower. Prepared wash machine & clothes dryer.Toilet & sink in every floor,full and convenient. I would like to live here next time!!

It happened to be my birthday on the day I checked in. The staff at the counter was super considerate and gave me a small gift.

Staff are helpful and friendly, good price with heart-warming service and a simple breakfast. The bed is comfy and places is very clean. Hostel is close to Okachimachi or Ueno station as well as Ame-Yoko so it's very convenient either in traffic or shopping. The area itself is quiet but safe. Really nothing to complaint about. Highly recommend.

Great stay near Ueno, walking distance from Ueno station for the Shinkansen, Okachimachi stations for JR or subway trains. Friendly staff, good light breakfast and very clean facilities. The capsule room is a bid wider than the usual but the ceiling is a bit lower though. showers are also a bit more spacious and there are washing machine and dryer for laundry.

This hostel is really close to many subway/JR lines, family mart is only 200m away, ueno park and market is also in walking distance (around 15 minutes by walk). The hostel itself is clean. The staff are friendly, helpful and can speak English fluently. They have a lounge that everyone can talk to each other + they have information board about the current events nearby. Sure I will coming back to this hostel if I visit Tokyo in the future.

Great clean place to stay at. Big bed and great space to open luggage. Will appreciate no eating at bedrooms. Felt weird seeing people eat fried chicken right outside my bed.

Really nice hostel with towels, and inside slippers and bathroom amenities.. .floors are accessed through elevators. . .rooms are really quiet (as far as the room I've used is concerned) and the room also had a fridge and a microwave open. . .the only thing that might bother you is that each floor (shared rooms) doesnt have a bathroom but only clean toilets. .the bathrooms are on the ground floor

It's such a nice hostel to stay. Everything are cool except the neighbours in the same floor but that cannot help. Receptions are so GOOD - helpful & always smile on you ^^.Hostel is very clean.I stay on bottom bed and I think the top seem more comfortable.Hostel is not far from subway & Jr train. So I give this hostel for 5 star!! 😁
