Packaging is nice… Food quality and taste is good… Price is genuine and reasonable… However they can improve on hygiene of the place. There was a bad and unbearable smell inside the restaurant which anyone will notice. However, it fades away with time as you get used to it

Same Soggy food given twice ... I ordered kfc hot and crispy with French fries meal they served me soggy and not hot pathetic fries in it I gave them back and ask them to change this they agreed with that and ask me to wait but after 2 mins they gave me same fries again which were not eatable they are downing the reputation of big name kfc I have been to other kfc’s as well nearby all of them serve good food but particularly this kfc branch at prime hub Rajpura is not good at all in service... disappointing experience twice

Good place for a quick snack and offering gourmet options for their range. Though despite asking for hot food was served medium and customers who come to KFC want hot chicken and specially in winter. Otherwise the taste has no issues as always but could be more receptive to customer needs. Also KFC can cut cost by not giving ketchup and only offering if asked or May be charge. Will help you cut cost and plastic dump.

worst service out of small burger and Kati roll this was my 3rd visit i am not gonna visit again this location also they didnt give me my bill.

The area is most beautiful. You can go with your family to spend some time and eat KFC chicken. The kfc chicken is totally awesome.

Maintaining the quality of KFC. Had a zinger, popcorn and pepsi. Food was served within a few minutes. Overall good experience. Mostly Chitkara students come here.

It's a great experience to visit KFC store near Chitkara University. It is available on main road, staff was very friendly and offers excellent quality food. Must visit and spent quality time at good place.

There were a lot of dead mosquitoes on the table. I got two same dips in the Ultimate Savings Bucket and upon inquiring about it, I was told that the third dip wasn't available. The food was also not upto the mark. I have seen better managed KFCs. As this is the only available KFC around my area, I have to make do with this restaurant.

V good place. Here you will not get only KFC, u can get Mr Veg,Barrista,shakes etc. Restaurants in one place. Also prime cinema hall who loved to watch movies. Most welcome place of Rajpura

KFC is always famous for Non veg but for Veg good also, we prefer KFC. KFC located over main road is great place to have drive thru soon. Their service is super fast and quality everyone knows. If you are traveling from Chd to Patiala side then this is best place for refreshment.

KFC Rajpura food quality is not good.ww had ordered chicken burgers and chickens pop corn. They have first given us stale and chilled chicken pop corn. We complained to authorized person abt the prodct quality. But they did not respone. After 5 minutes we received our pend order. We also showed them fresh and crunchy hot chicken nuggets which we bought 15 minutes earlier from mac Donald. Which is just next to kfc rajpura. After 5 minutes they served us again same stuff microwaved. The staff is not supportive and cooperative. It spoil the name of big brand like KFC.
