It served me good food but not good mood. I wonder how the staff can't speak Bengali! As far I know the owner is a Bengali gentleman, but I don't know why he kept only hindi speaking staff. Bengal Bakery keeps the pride of Bangla in its name, they should have been more careful about this particular. Also in the sound system only hindi song plays, that's also very irritating. Other than that, the atmosphere is super deluxe, and the price is low while keeping the quality best.

This is the kind of restaurant, Bandel was actually lacking. The exterior, the interior, color scheming, seating arrangement, to the quality and taste of food, every thing is bang on, at least for the time being. The takeaway offer on the Biriyani is too good to be true. And about the most important factor for Bengalis after all, quality of Mutton - have my word on it, very few places around uses that quality of meat. I'm rooting on this place. May they sustain this quality.

Pastries are at the worst and I also found the price of meals and starters a bit high as compared to the quantity served. The taste of food is also average not that superb. Ambience is good and the staff behaviour is appreciated but at the end what matters is the quality of food ,which I personally didn't like very much.

The atmosphere is very good. But they have to think more about the plates by which they are serving foods, it looks very cheap. I ordered brownie which should have been served hot but I got normal which was not soft.

Ease of transport and other amenities. 5. Home delivery service available. 6. Both bakery & dine-in service side-by-side. Cons— 1. Overall lighting needs improvement. 2. Configuration of seats/seating arrangement needs improvement. 3. Overall space is limited.
