It is a neat and organised establishment. The only issue I find with the hospital is the lack of adequate parking space. It maybe an uphill task to get that dealt with though as I don't see how it would. Perhaps management can explore options. Nonetheless, it has great customer service & I'd recommend it for any patient.

This facility is very average and certainly not exceptional. This was the initial impression at radiology reception. Getting a friendly and compassionate face from the girl at the counter was impossible. As was a smile or information about the process. I brought a patient with a likely malignant tumor for a ultrasound guided biopsy. Scared and uninitiated it would be in best interest of the hospital to have a personal with good people skills to work with incoming patients/customers. Please consider training or replacing Betty. Diana was just fine ... good in fact.

My mum was given a very poor inpatient service in addition to being over billed. I have enough evidence some of which can be got from the hospital's cctv cameras. Treat patients in such a way that they can recommend other patients.

I had my antenatal and gave birth from there under the supervision of Dr Semakula Julius whom I believe is the best gynecologist,he was kind and was there through out,credit goes to him,and Dr Sophie was the second mother to my child when they took him to the nursery till the last day she said your child is ready to go home,I give 5* to Kampala hospital staff there amazing,I still choose it as my number one hospital 💜

It's a very, very busy hospital that accomodates mainly the corporate world that has insurance cards from their organisations. It has enough doctors and nurses though I have never understood why one goes there and takes long to be treated. I guess they spend on each person approximately 45 minutes to an hour, incusive laboratory tests and blood samples that seem a must even if, not necessary. Just insist on your pain and need for medicine if you dont want to go through the time-consuming tests. However, their medicine is effective. It's located in those cool places of high-class urban city with tarmacked roads. At times, the receptionists seem overwhelmed. So, if they dont welcoome you as expected, ask to be guided, as required.

I walked into the hospital's OPD at 11.30 a.m for only a.C19 test and I was only able to leave at 5:00p.m. the procedures need a revamp. You are toooo slow yet the staff are so many. I don't get it.

Worst service from a over-charged hospital . Doctor never comes on time . It more looks like a bad government hospital . In our case , doctor herself gave us time to come at sharp 9:30 am , and she herself didn't arrive upto 11:30 am . And this happened twice in two days . No professionalism at all .

Sometimes the security guards also exaggerate. How can I arrive with an emergency then the guard refuses to open for me the gate because I haven’t been checked it’s an emergency for crying out. Year, what I can say its like, Kampala Hospital, its takes care of the sick people, but I won't lie to you, that I know much more information about it,so I know they do their level best to work,and treat the sick people.

The Radiography section is the worst, they gave me fake results, worrying me for nothing, they still need to hire well trained people for that department, very disappointed ☹️

Some general surgeons lack professional care

My brother in law has suffered in this hospital for 10 days. First they run a bunch of tests even when it was clear he had a cancer diagnosis. We requested for a referral to cancer institute but they insisted on getting some more tests!! Which kept being postponed.. I believe they were out to milk us of every penny before throwing him onto the streets of public hospitals!! Have some compassion people.
