It is OK. With activities for the whole family. Some rooms are really small with no space to even sit on the bed. The area around the rooms was really dark. Apparently the line had issues but no backup. We had to use our flash light. Some areas need renovation especially around the pool areas. The breakfast was really lovely.

Still under construction when we stayed three nights. Great venue for wedding receptions. Rooms are clean, but small lots of small touches still needed, like a toilet seat in one room, a door that closes properly in another, and working hot water heater in another. On the flip side, the price was comparable for the facilities in their present state. Looks like a pool and other amenities are being built.

Chills and vibes plus nice customer care services

We passed by briefly to check out the swimming pool as it has been recommended to us by friends. Pool is a good size and seemed clean but the concrete surround looked a bit unsafe and needs some attention. Steam and sauna are 10k which is very affordable. The hotel was busy with a wedding reception in the grounds. The receptionist needs customer service training. We did not feel particularly welcome so didn't stay for a drink. But sometimes it's super cold here. You need to come with Ur jumpers/ sweaters. It's a beautiful place with nice gardens

New Fortview Resort deserves it's name as a resort hotel. There's enough parking and security is assured. There's also enough space at the resort for hosting parties and also other events. The rooms are good and favourable for accommodating a big number of people. The internet 🛜 i.e WIFI is fast. The meals are exceptionally good. Customer service is really okay and the employees are customer oriented. They are skilled in all they do.

Fort portal city is gifted with ever green environment Newport view is classic hotel for tourists All numbers can be hosted since it's a large place

The place is in a good location with River Mpanga flowing nearby

The hotel is okay, and they have a swimming pool. The prices too are affordable.

Friendly staff. Food is very affordable.. Kids pool has alot of chemical. Adult pool is fine. Pool bathrooms are basic,and the shower water has a strange taste. I was told it's salt water from underground. It's worth a visit. I don't know what accommodation is like coz mine was a swimming pool experience.

We spent a beautiful week here. The rooms are very clean, the staff was always friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant is of great quality. The access to the pool and sauna/steam is another huge plus. All in all it’s a lot more value for your money than other hotels in Fort Portal!

Very unfriendly staff and all want to hang around pool .went to swim for 3 people and was given 2 towels. Wouldn't be in a hurry to ever go back there.fort needs to know it's all about the service you receive or dont receive in our case.

A friend booked accommodation on my behalf. It's just a few meters with a single left turn there between, away from the highway. The environment is lovely & natural green! Their reception was poor & slow. The place & mostly the room was hygienicaly clean. The waiters and waitresses seemed caring but with smile lacking faces as if working on fearful tension, was the kind of situation it seemed to be. The Bartender refused to offer services to clients beyond 11pm. Breakfast services were on time & quite good dietary.

Food services not the best. No clear explanation of what is on the table. It will be great to have a menu for the food services.

Not hospitable and thugs ... We paid money for a certain menu which was changed and later on the manager arrogantly switched off the phone at the last hour

It's always a great experience ,great view of crater body, swimming pool n sauna.
