It's been 4 years since I was last here. This time, it was a Monday just before midday. So naturally, it was very quiet. I was pleased that we could still get a full English breakfast. The food was first class, and the service excellent. I need to remember this place, the next time I am in Kampala.

One of best place to hangout. Bar and ambience is awesome. They have live Screen for matches. Service is pretty good. I liked the Smrinoff flavour vodka bottle and they serve juice cocktail mixed with vodka and lime. Its takes amazing. And if you are out of control they have medicines also available.

Great western menu! Friendly service and prices are reasonable. I enjoyed my chicken tacos. They are served cold, but delicious. The menu left me wanting more. Nile Special and Club on tap!

Went with some friends for the Ciroc brunch - first Sunday of the month - in December and it was really fun! The ambience was amazing, the food was delicious, the drinks were perfect & the music was on point. I loved the live music as well. I will definitely be going back for this brunch when I’m around again.

If you are looking for one of the "GO TO" places in Kampala then look no further than The Alchemist. The restaurant is modern, trendy and even had a live DJ playing (music was at a good volume, not so loud that you need to shout to hear each other). I loved how the restaurant was decorated as well as the table layout, and they have a beautiful bar as a backdrop which had a nice selection of drinks including some high quality whiskies. The food was a good reflection of the restaurant, being very tasty and beautifully presented and the staff were friendly. Even if you just want to grab some drinks, then The Alchemist is the perfect option for you. I recommend grabbing a bottle of coconut Waragi and enjoy it with some good friends - you are guaranteed an awesome evening!

The Sunday brunch was on another level. It's every first Sunday of the month . The music included a special jazz performance and the food was top notch . I definitely recommend it

I Liked the maximum privacy concept of the place, the Ambiance is good and clean, security is decent, easily accessible being near the road. The concept is outdoor, open shaded spaces, allowing leisure, private personal and short business meetings. Kudos to the chef, Meals were decent, some more could be done on the presentation and freshness of the vegetables but in all good. The food and beverages prices are affordable.. Waitress was clean, courteous and knew the menu options, order to delivery time was 10-15mins. There is a 10-15 car park guarded by a security guard.

Really nice setting and atmosphere, the bar is not cramped and the tables are nicely spaced so it gives a really nice vibe. Staff and drinks were great and it's the kind of place thay 1 drink could easily turn into several. Only challenge is parking but that shouldn't be a deal breaker.

A lot less crowded since Corona restrictions have been put in place, which is a lot nicer. It's nice with some people, but when it's at max capacity (pre-covid), it's a little too crowded. Good drink selection and the food is not bad given the many restaurants in the area!

This is a proper high end bar. The prices are equally high end. Bring your wallet. But the vibes ... ambience ... so so good !!!! The show sports F1, rugby, tennis ... so that's a plus for sure. Oh, amd the bathrooms are clean. Very important.

It's a comfortable cozy place,very organized I love the music and food. Its relatively affordable,but lacks ample parking space. Better you come with a driver so that you don't stress over parking. It gets crowded after midnight, so if you hate congestion to need to organize so that you leave early.

The food was good, but the portions were disappointing. Loved the atmosphere, but the service was horrible. The lady waiting on us forgot one of our orders, and we ended up having a mix-up after having to ask at the bar for our order. Paid more than I should have at the end of the day.
