Clean nice place. A bit out of town but suitable for those who like quiet places.

Unbelievably the 1st night we slept there.We woke up to taps with no water,toilets couldn flush,we couldnt bathe.Rarely happens in hotels...plus broken things like; showers are not maintained.Otherwise it is a good hotel but management needs to step up maintenance.

I ordered pepper steak and it was the worst pepper steak I have ever had! The chef needs to up his/her game

Worst stay.I had a wedding function at the hotel in Feb 2018. They broke into our room while at the reception and stole money and phones. CCTV Camera on window had been turned off. Management was arrogant and unapologetic. I don't recommend it.

The most unbothered service I have experienced yet! Literally no one attended to me after sitting for about an hour yet service people passed by me severally even noticing I hadn't been served. When I finally gathered myself to seek out service at the counter, I stood for exactly 3:19 minutes (yes, I was timing it ) for the two service people @ the counter to ask if " I needed anything." Btw they were conversing about Tik Tok the whole time (this is not a joke). Management needs to do better!

Came with a large family group on a Monday. Kids loved the shallow pool. Having it right next to/connecting with the bigger pool was very convenient. The pool isn’t big enough for serious swimming, but 30 people can play around comfortably. Views of hills are pleasant. Place mostly clean, but quite a few dead wasps in the pool. Staff mixed - a few friendly, none rude, but most seemed miserable. Directed me as a mzungu or as older I’m not sure - to use the nice changing room, the rest (as Ugandans/youths but paying as adults) to use a small, basic one - why? Food was tasty and hot, but took a long time to come. Order early! Menu & prices available online which is helpful. Place was peaceful, then music in evening but not too loud. Nice gardens with trees. Swings, slides and roundabout in a nice sandy area. (But not supervised or bouncy castle as another review says.) Swimming ‘coach’/lifeguard did not coach any of our kids in spite of me asking. He did help one who was drowning with a pole; however when another one was drowning he was nowhere to be seen. He was on his phone a lot, often looking the other way or wandering off - I asked that someone watch but nothing changed. Occasionally he shouted at kids to get out of the deep end. At 6:20pm he suddenly shouted at everyone to get out, the pool is closing now, no warning, which was not a great end to the day. The coach’s behaviour would probably stop us coming back in spite of all the other positives.

It has a nice big space for parking, a kids playground, swimming pool and gym! But the waiting time for the food is terrible long, we had one and a half hour! There are nice gardens to sit in !

The place is well organized and demarcated with variety of activities.Their cleanliness is paramount.But the duration for getting the food ordered for took us like two hours. Conclusively the place is amazing and awesome

This is a great place of comfort and convenience yet located a few meters off Entebbe Road on Nebalamye Mayanja road.

Y'all need better chefs. More stuff in the menu as well

Place is so good and large with ample parking space, space for parties like weddings, graduation and all kinds of parties. Has a very nice swimming pool, good food, good customer care and security. For meetings its a good place and family outings. On the other hand its not good for research for being noisy and movement interventions.

I will never forget about this place. We had a small wedding party from this resort. Place was fine but there was poor management and staff who took money from us more than it supposed to be. One of the cleaning lady said she is the manager and took our money for just taking photo in a room for less than an hour. And yes like any other place when they see non local people they will eager to take your money anyway. Well.. they got fired but we never get that money back so I don’t see any point of apology about this horrible memory for our wedding. And thank you for giving us this wonderful moment to be truly unforgettable.

nican resort is located in lwaza on market road it's a beautiful place with many things to do like health club with sauna steam bath massage gym swimming pool and more it has nice gardens that are relaxing and many more other things the privacy there is good

Terrible food. The sizzling chicken, the stir fry, the goats stew, the club sandwich, the pasta bolognaise (triple terrible). Terrible food, no taste, burnt. I do not recommend anyone to order those mentioned above.

The scenery is great and the care isn't that bad more so loved the security were I had forgotten a bag and was kept well for two days

I visited this place over the weekend on Sunday, we ordered for fish and goat pilau, the fish was okay, but the goat pilau was so fake, very cheap rice prepared in a place like that. Tried visiting the swimming pool and gym side, and found a very rude woman at the entrance. I just lost the energy.

These guys have good mucho and an open terrace be on the third-floor and kids play area
