I’m very happy with the food. Usually, I’m not fun of restaurant food around the country. However I have to commit that I finished the whole plate. Price is fair for the venue and services. The staffs are very friendly. I will definitely go back there. I also love the decor. You can have outside table with some air and also have the option to be in darker environment in side the bar. For night out, they do not have exact closing time. They will open till the last customer leaves.

My Riders Burger was massive, but tasted a bit off. I’m not sure if it was the beef or something else. Service was very friendly and professional and the prices were fine. The bar also has wifi, which is very good. Though tastes vary, the bar may be better for drinks than food.

A nice place with a good ambience, delicious food, very welcoming waitresses and good music. The parking is secure and spacious. You will be treated exceptionally well when you make a reservation with management. It's a good place for a get together with friends. Enjoyed my time here.

Situated in the uptown area of Kololo, on Acacia street famous for many hangout joints, Riders Lounge is an upscale joint for those with money. For example, a shot of JW Black Label is at 12500 shs, that's not for low income earners. But also, it's beautiful, and a lot of art and creativity was employed when setting it up. Around here, you can find any kind of cocktail and a variety of drinks. I tasted their pork last Wednesday, they were juicy though small in size as compared to other places. Beer is also not cheap, we're talking about 8k UGX, this place is pricy, but nice. The downside though, parking is always an issue, but manageable.

First time going there but the service wasn't really great( it felt like the waitress didn't want to work). Nonetheless the food was good and very affordable, I recommend that you try out the chicken lollipops which I tried and we're good. They went very well with my beer. There cocktails looked good too and would love to try them out next time. The ambiance is also welcoming and it's best to go there during afternoon hours if you don't like crowds as the crowd increases during the evening.

Convenient for the parking afforded by being located in a mall but disappointed by the lack of beers on tap and being located next to the boarded off food court took away from the ambience.

Nice place, good music but service is lacking. When you order for drinks they take long to arrive even after drinking you have to look for the person who served you to pay. The two times have been there the place is too hot, no one bothers to turn on the air conditioner. In fact I complained to the person who was serving me but my complaint yielded nothing.

The drinks are expensive compared to a couple of Night hangouts on the same street, the ambiance is really good though, although the heavy crowd from 2 years ago has dwindled, which is really good if you want to have find a seat no matter what time you come in, and you can also have a conversation with your neighbor without too much interruptions

The DJ rocks, i love his works. I went with a group of 10 people and we had the best time at the lounge. Thanks a lot for the customer care. However, i shouldn't be told not to seat without ordering if i am waiting for my friends to come along and i order what to eat with them.

It's a very nice lounge, with good chairs, very good wide screens invade you wanna watch anything on screen. It's pizzas are good and food in general good place when your battery goes low you can charge since every place with a seat has got a power socket, good customer care and ample parking space both up and in the basement.

The place was well redecorated and more spacious right now compared to its previous state in 2019. They served me very short ribs as compared to other restaurants, I think they chopped their ribs into two pieces don't know why. Their customer service was great, always worked on us and checked on us from time to time.

Service was terrible when I visited. Gosh the attitude from the waiters & waitresses. Like they were doing us a favour. Management really should look into that if they want to improve what they offer. Asking for a drink & a glass took the better part of 45 minutes, just enough time for me to realise I needed to leave. Oh. It was the 3rd waitress I requested who brought it & literally dumped it on the table, like she was smashing her ex under the glass. Like seriously. Smh. Other than that, the ambiance generally wasn't bad, decent crowd, good music. But I don't think I'll be going back any time soon.
