Just after a complicated junction with a slight oversight of the golf course is this hotel and despite of the busy traffic around the area, you will find a calm and cozy place. It is such a homely feel with a touch of modern and a bunch of cats thst are seen in the lobby and all around the premises. For cat lovers, it's a hoot. You can't fail to fall in love with the unique way of presenting the food at different booths so tasty. Don't miss the goat rib section because it's my personal favourite.

I attended a meeting at this five-star hotel, and I must not forget to rate my experience. They offer a sizable parking area, a venue for seminars, decent lodging, and this site has you covered if you love swimming. I like their regional cuisine and am eager to return soon.

It is a 4star beautiful hotel 🏨 and I love the green ambiance. So romantic for couples and if you love to take pictures. This is the kinda space for you. Steam bath Sauna Pool Conference rooms and meeting points. I loved it here too. Well, the only thing that may need upgrade is the menu, introducing other foods, drinks and cocktails to the menu. I tried a Dark night cocktail from the coco pool side bar and I loved it so Much😋

Fairway Hotel staff are always friendly and welcoming no matter where you interact with them in the hotel. I was at the hotel this week for a media launch and had a very good buffet lunch at the first floor restaurant. The refurbished rooms look excellent. The hotel is doing a good job with staff wearing masks properly, signage promoting social distancing etc. However, my complaint is that I do wish the hotel didn't use single use plastic water bottles. Hotels create a huge amount of waste and they should at the forefront of reducing the environmental impact.

Everything was ok, the attendants downstairs were very welcoming, a lady whose name I don't remember told us about the packages you had, she was really helpful... till when we moved upstairs 🤦‍♀️ the cashier/waiter's way of responding to customers needs to be revised. How can someone ask for a drink and you tell them how you can't go down the stairs because it's hectic to do so 🤷

Their service friendly and above self. Whereas i felt stuffed, the pool management offered me a free bath to freshen up, and I headed to the party comfortable. I felt good about it.

This place us easy to access. It has different restaurants, you will be spoilt for choice. It has a historical wall within. You will know how it started, who started ut and it will give you a review of ancient Uganda. It has safe and wide parking though Fridays and weekends are super parked you may have to come a little earlier.

The hotel has done very well in making the place green. Its in the middle of the city but once you get in, you feel like you are out of the city. The food is great. I especially enjoyed the whole tilapia. The breakfast can be better with introduction of bigger variety of foods. Its currently limited.

Loved my stay here. The executive rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was also quiet apart from the birds in that side of the hotel. They have two great restaurants and the food is decent. They have good selection of drinks and I liked that they had Netflix in the room. Asian Fusion was my favorite restaurant.

I recently enjoyed a most wonderful stay at this iconic hotel. The staff are very professional, friendly and full of useful information. The rooms are clean and depending on one’s choice, they offer some wonderful views. The location speaks for itself; close to just about most places one would want to visit, while nestled in a quieter part of the city (away from the madding rush elsewhere). The meals are clearly prepared by professional chefs and were very tasty. But most of all, the experience of this hotel is enriched by interactions with the staff; it says a lot about the management of a place when all levels of staff appear to exhibit a similarity of courtesy and professionalism in equal measure. Stayed there for 5 nights . Really clean place, the staff change everything upon your request. It has that 5 star quality to it. So you'll see a lot of movements in the place. All the staff are really friendly, they helped with the bags, got the taxi doors for us. Really 5/5 They have a few businesses in the property , it makes it easier to stay within. They have a wide variety of cuisines to chose from too .

Not a new hotel, but a historic legend. The kitchen staff showed individuality, when we saw the art of watermelon. It's a nice way to contain the defeat of age at bay. The location is really nice for the business area.

Situated near to city center. Clean, spacious & novel rooms. Primarily the restaurant serves South Asian cuisine. Additional charges on room service which are actually not needed. Resort themed, lots of greenery & tiny gardens in between blocks of rooms. Lots of irritating cats keep sprawling in reception & restaurant area. Good options on the breakfast buffet.

Great for small group functions, very quiet environment and strategically located. Has indoor shopping especially for African native products like clothes. Nice conference rooms with wifi to keep you running smoothly.

Excellent services, spacious rooms and they have balconies to relax. The staff are friendly the likes of James, Mercy, Sharon,Moses, Glory ...room services as well. Nice outdoor swimming pool, they share all wifi, both conference and Executive in case one disconnects. Ohhhh One thing I liked about them is that, they called to check on me and remind me about breakfast time ( I had a long flight and I overslept). I will be back in Nov, as long as they give me same floor 23..... Not forgetting the Gym is Open!!

Pluses: Trees. Breakfast and dinner were good. Room had a hammock, which was an interesting relaxation option. Minuses: The hot water wasnt consistent. Seemed like only one electrical outlet worked.

A chic boutique hotel with pool, good dining options, bars, gardens. Undergoing refurbishment so construction work ongoing. Had rooms on both occasions which needed refurbishing. All good size rooms and bathrooms. Electrical sockets were iffy , if you got you plug in would it work? Let down on last night asvroom had no towels so had to wsit and hour but got them in the end fresh from the tumble drier. Staff are very freindly. Touristy shops in the garden mall area. Function and meeting rooms looked fully booked on reception notice board so a popular venue.

We had a family Christmas at fairway boutique hotel. It was fun and could have been even more fine should the rain hadn't disturbed us. Food was fresh and abundant, very peaceful, easy accessibility, friendly service. Was such a memorable Xmas.

In response to your response to my last revew: Then let me see those camera images showing me not allowing customers into the Professor. That is lie number 1 of Fairway Hotel. And why are you not paying attention to the woman sitting next to the reception desk at a separate desk who humiliated me and the man who entered the Professor and started commanding me around with "YOU OPEN THE DOOR!". You guys act like I want to use the Professor as some kind of private space that no one is allowed to enter but that was never the case. This is a bizarre response from you guys to my review. You guys are liars!!! You have lost me as a customer. I will never want to come to Fairway Hotel again! Other customers reading this review, be warned! The people at Fairway Hotel act as if you as the customer are the problem and twist the situation so that they themselves come out well from the story! This is really outrageous!!!

My family and I can not show enough appreciation for the very kind and caring waiting staff known as Dickson & Sharon. From day one of meeting us, they looked out for us and ensured we were always being looked after with no expectation. Because of these two and many others, we enjoyed our stay at the Fairway. Even though we had a few incidents with some waiting staff, their great service to us overpowered any dissatisfaction we may have had! I would also like to say a big Thank you to the reception staff for being so welcoming everyday! The only feedback I have would be a simple request for more Ugandan cuisine.

Great place for meetings, parties, hanging out and other activities. I love that it's very accessible and next to other interesting establishments like the golf course that's only a couple of minutes away. The auditoriums I have been to a very spacious with good air conditioning, plain yet modern interiors that are great for formal engagements. The pathways and alleys are lined with beautiful plants that add color to the centre pieces such as the water fountain - a fine medley for a relaxing feel. Overall, amazing times i have had at Fairway Hotel.

a proper proper hotel, i mean ur first steps inside lets u know, you're entering somewhere really nice and bougie loved the landscape and interior decor a lot, loads of plants and trees 🌳, the fountains ⛲ gazebos where u could work from or have small meetings at 🤌🏾 the services is impeccable, the staff are super helpful for whatever u need. The ambiance was just super tbvh, loved that it was quiet and serene, honestly anyone quiet place with loads of trees always gets a 5/5 for me I think the price is fair enough for the kind of service u get, the pools, the gyms, the spas and everything, beautiful, oh and they're all super neat. my only concern would be to watch out for the tiles in the shallow end. it's quite rough and i cut my toe quite badly, sooo careful and also if youre looking for the asian fusion restaurant, its right in the hotel 🏨 enjoy the pics ♡

Great hotel in the heart of Kampala. I loved the outdoor space it had and the food was excellent. Although the building is a little old, it has a certain charm to it. The service was always great with nothing short of smiles from everyone.

Beautiful ambiance, I had a great time. The rooms are always clean. The breakfast is wonderful. Shivan was very helpful during my stay. The best cocktail in Kampala are made by Deborah from the pool bar.

Great ambiance. Just in the middle of the city, I usually detest pizza but this was superb, just as per my taste buds. Thumbs up for that pizza, the nuggets and fillets were well made. I'd recommend it 120% for meals, party venues, and definitely, the snaps based on my picture taking skills. Thanks to ALEX, such a cool guy.

Personally I have no idea about the standard of rooms. But from what I have gathered from my trusted sources, the rooms are good. You will enjoy staying there. I had ordered an Indian dish from the hotel for a takeaway. The most famous Indian dish- Chicken Biryani! It was HORRIBLE!!! If you ever order it by mistake, please keep a bucket handy as you are guaranteed to puke. I request the manager to scrap off this dish from the menu. My experience with that one dish was so bad that I dare not order anything else from Fairway. This isn't FAIR, Fairway!!

They have the best dishes, simply to say the man or the woman in the kitchen is at his or her best, i love the conference rooms but I struggled with parking for some time though and I didn't have any one to direct me, I imagine if the parking space is almost full they must get someone to regulate cars or to direct drivers

Fairway is a nice place to stay. The ambiance is great, the compound is so green and refreshing. The Asian Fusion Restaurant food is to die for but I don’t recommend it on Friday’s! The restaurant is packed and order take between 45m’ to 1 hour. The room are specious and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful as well as very professional! I am recommending Fairway to many more. Thank you!

Very great improvement in structure and meals. I did not like it before but was pleasantly surprised. The buffet is just so tasty and you can't beat the variety.
