The ambience is just amazing. The lightning is warm and the plants and flowers in the cafe complement each other well. The staff are so friendly. There's a very good access for the physically challenged citizens. The breakfast we had was sumptuous and well prepared. Great place to meet and greet as one has a coffee. Every time I walked by this place they seemed to have a nice crowd, so I decided to try it. It was a disappointment. They have a fairly nice menu, with great pictures of the good. Unfortunately the food they serve you don’t match the pics. We ordered the sweet and spicy chicken, which was sweet but not spicy at all. It was served with rice and mixed vegetables. The food was lukewarm, and the veggies cold. I ordered a BBQ Beef Burger, which came with crispy onions. Little did I know that crispy onions meant onion rings in my burger, which were not crispy at all, in fact soggy. I asked someone in charge about it, and all he could say was sorry. So not only was the food not good, neither was their customer service. I would not recommend this place at all. I

Very nice place with good service, unfortunately the chicken salad wasn’t as good as it looks. Too many peanuts and onions. But the bread was fresh and tasty.

Visited this place for the first at Acacia Mall and I enjoyed it. I was seated quickly and the food was pretty good. I have a mixed fresh press juice and the fish gonoush that I couldn’t finish. They also gave me the wifi so I could do my work while I waited. Overall, I would revisit to try other menu items.

As the naalya branch, this one is also dope. I had the pene pasta and omg 🤤🤤, so tasty. Worth all your money, customer service is great too!

The first thing I noticed was the hospitality of the waiters and waitresses especially Onesmus who attended to us. The music a s atmosphere is good. The bathroom is clean and the place is aerated. The food was delivered timely and it was delicious.

I can't give an all-round review about the quality of food here but the ice-cream definitely deserves a five star. It was just the right ratio of icy and creamy, and the flavors available were extensive and plenty. I got the chocolate and lemon flavors and they tasted exactly how they are supposed to, they also weren't too heavy and could serve as a perfect light dessert after a heavy dinner. The cone was fresh and crispy, and blended extremely well with the ice-cream. Hot fresh cones will always have my heart. They could be a little pricey and not worth it for some but I think it gives its moneys' worth.

Fantastic place for coffee time. It's located in Munyonyo, at Shell Petrol Station. It's the home of cakes, bread, multiple types of ice cream, continental dishes and snacks. The service quality is beyond expectation as you are welcome while still at the entrance door. It's a place to spend an evening break. Very cool

I'm not so used to the Cafe setting so I cannot fault them for the number of people present in there that day because as I said, I don't know if it's a typical cafe thing. It was LOUD in there! We always just end up in caffeserie for some reason maybe a safe option knowing the menu and the food , few weeks ago I thought I’m gonna be brave and just go to caramel which is next to it since I wanted good coffee and was missing starbucks, ended up in caramel , friendly staff , clean , and the food people were eating looked very tempting instead of coffee we ended up ordering tid bits coffee noodles nuggets ice cream , soup , everything was well presented and honestly very tasty , while leaving we picked muffins for the kids and since that day I’ve ended up ordering chocolate muffins every second day for the kids and now when at the mall I end up at caramel . Worth a try .

We had a bad experience as they had terrible service. My wife was served ice scream and she said it was delicious. Here is the sad truth, nobody came to even offer me a menu but they kept approaching the foreigners that came in after us on adjacent tables. That made me sad that we as Ugandans treat our own terribly. I asked to speak to a manager that apologized and even refused for me to pay my wife’s bill. I hope this actually helps allow for better treatment of our fellow citizens. The second issue is there was a foreigner smoking and my wife is allergic to smoke and when we mentioned that to the manager she said she couldn’t do much as the non smoking public law hasn’t been enforced in the country. This was a sad experience

Honestly some of the best food I've had... Top tier, great service, great ambiance, so much diversity in choice, 10/10 one of my favorite places.

Looots of passers by. It is adjacent to parking garage entry/exit, thus if sitting outdoors fumes and noise is a consideration. If inside, not much for ambiance except the din of dishes and abundance of people. Ice cream ... Nuff said? A good array of selections, but given it's a 'one of' for the area it is top end price for average to good ice creams. I've yet to get a first rate selection 🙂. My impression ... It's a place to be seen rather than food. Service: Expats (of which I am) pass. You'll get far better service from Ugandans they are quite hospitable!

The ambiance is good 👍 the customer service is great too. Their food is delicious especially what I ate, the fish 🐟 and fries 🍟 served with some veggies 🥗. Over expensive slow and not matching description and pictures. When spending 10k (2.4 euro) for a chocolate croissant you expect it to have chocolate as well inside... 😂 also I bought it at 10.30 am and it was most likely done the day before.. The healthy juices are nice even if definetly overpriced (as they are not fully fresh most times but done with bought products)
