Karveli is a reslly cozy café. Came here s few times on Sundays to chill and work from my laptop. Good wifi connection, friendly laid back service and delicious food. Would definitely go back next time I'm in Kampala

Karveli has great customer care, they have a wide range of meal options on the menu. I loved their cakes and coffee and enjoying doing some work on my laptop in the quiet environment.

Came here for lunch with my lovely aunt 🥰 was greeted at the entrance and got an extensive list of the lunch buffet (50k including a drink and dessert). However, I chose to order from the menu and had with Mongolian Beef Wrap. From the video, you can see it’s a lot! 😮‍💨😮‍💨

The place is nice, food was good. The Mongolian wrap was decent size portion however I felt the flavours could be better in comparison to other Mongolian dishes I have had. The frappicino was lacking flavour disappointed.

Beautiful place, great selection of cakes, bread with a fine European touch. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They introduced the Friday buffer for their customers. You can order for a wedding cake and believe me you won't be disappointed. Everything is just great at the place. They accept cash, Mtn Momopay and all you do is scan the merchant code in the MyMtn App. It hosted the Mtn Momopay stakeholders meeting.

A heavenly place full of bread.There are so many breads. There are also cakes and macaroons. Cakes and bread are very tasty. I think this is the best bakery in Uganda. The inside of the restaurant is also very clean and modern. But Meat was not special. It was rather dry. But salad and fries were very good.

Mouth watering meals only that the waiters seem too busy. A query takes 10 min to be answered, the order (soda) takes longer than 10 min to be delivered, the waiter will be kind to suggest something which you will order and forget to place the order 🤭, I was too hungry, I had to walk to the counter to get myself a snack before the meal. Other than that, the food was fantastic. I would go back for the food and ignore the waiting time after getting a quick snack.

Located at the intersection of offices and car dealers, Karveli sits snugly in a cool compound, subtly housing a rather wide assortment of edible ecstacy. The menu contains foods (meats, and other less vital foods), drinks (including a bar for the fish), desserts that are appealing to even the most diabetic, and a counter that's longer than most public transportation queues. It works, too, if you can manage to get eye contact with a server. And, yes, the washrooms are well-lit without looking like an E.R. I ate meat. I liked it.

Ambiance is great, food takes a while to come through.. Close to a 20 minute wait but once it does, it's amazing! The washrooms are immaculately clean and smell fresh. There is enough parking. Especially loved their pastries! Price is fair but leaning towards the high end.

The service really matched with the ambiance which was great. Tried out the Chinese pork ribs which were good and did not disappoint. The staff was also friendly and helpful which made the meal more enjoyable.

Loved the customer service. Personally I had a headache and I managed to get free panadol from a waitress. A pretty lady with a beautiful dark skin. The meals are worth every penny.

Oh, how I love food. This place serves me the best Dawa tea, cookies and juices. This time, I opted for the Avocado & Prawn salad. It was mouth watering and very filling. My friends opted for other dishes with French fries.

I really enjoy the vegetarian dishes here and their ice cream. The price range of the food is surely fair for the good quality. But I am not so happy with the waiters. I sit always outside on the Veranda and you get way less attention for service, than inside of the Restaurant. The service is a bit slow and I am not happy that ice cream is charged differently for specific flavors.

While the pair of burgers we ordered were great, it simply took too long. More than 40 minutes! We also had to wait a long time for the waiter to bring the bill, and a long time for the waiter to bring the change. I was really not satisfied with that. But the food is good. The waiters are very friendly. One of them helped me and my companion take pictures. The cakes are also great. I ordered a red velvet cake from here and it was to die for.

Nice place with a nice menu. It's located in nakasero, an affluent part of kampala. It's accessed on a one way street so make sure not to miss it on your first go. The parking space is a bit inadequate. The day I was there it took close to 30 minutes to prepare English pancakes for breakfast. The person in charge was not truthful all through. The pancakes were nice and hot though. The ambience is nice. A good place to go for a meal or coffee.

Well to be honest I came with a lot of expectations and ultimately was utterly shocked at the beauty of the place and yet very disappointed by the meals in the end. Definitely keep this place for just the dessert. The food is pretty mediocre. The ambiance is very good, the waiters are pretty good, definitely a nice place to get cosy with someone but I wouldn't recommend the food on the menu. (Ps: it is well presented but doesn't taste at all like how it looks). All in all 3stars.

I was asked to move from my seat twice, without regard for my inconvenience. Eventually they chose a terrible place for me and my guest to sit, no formal apologies were offered, just instructions to move. Not sure why they couldn't pick another table and chairs to use. Very very unprofessional. I will not be visiting again.

They served one of the worst food we’ve had in Kampala. The fish in salad was stinky, and the edges of cucumber was brown. The corn out of a can was tasteless. The tagliatelle was boiled so soft that the noodles were all chopped in pieces. The carbonara sauce was not authentic, just a plain white sauce without the flavors of egg yolks or Parmesan. The server never came back to ask us if the food was ok. Will never go back and do not recommend the place to others.

Karveli is on of those places that are quiet and gives off chill Vibes. I could study here, have a meeting, go on a date. It has great service and the food is great too.
