It's an amazing place to enjoy your time. The swimming pool is quite good, clean and it's reasonably priced as compared to other swimming pools in Kampala. They have specialized trainers and life guards too. Even the training fee is less. All in all a good place to swim.

It's a good park for kids, it has swimming pool, bouncing castle, kids playground. Also has restaurants, mostly for foreigners which serve Chinese foods. The infrastructures are not so good, like the road inside

Centenary Park in Kampala, Uganda offers a diverse range of restaurants, cafes, and bars within its grounds, making it a convenient location to grab a bite or enjoy a drink. The park also features green areas, a children's playground, and a small lake where visitors can rent paddle boats. However, the park's cleanliness and upkeep could be improved, and it can get quite crowded on weekends and holidays. Overall, Centenary Park is a decent spot to spend a few hours and grab a bite to eat, but it may not be the most peaceful or relaxing park experience in Kampala.

It's a space with many restaurants. What I like about it is you can't really fail to find your taste in this place. Indian, Italian, Ethiopian, Ugandan, Kenyan restaurants and many more are here. It is where we even hold our meetings for the Ugandan content creators and also I have seen alot of people hold their group meetings say wedding meetings and many more here. It is a good place though it uses to be more beautiful some years back before it was sabotaged

The instructors are super friendly and well taught, understanding and patient with the kids plus the fares are so affordable, the pools well monitored and surprisingly the water is clear and clean my only remaining star is cause the facilities such as bathrooms are in quite a wacky state due to wear needs abit of renovation.

The place seems like it's dying compared to the previous time I visited it in 2016. Most restaurants especially those on the inside parts have closed down. Vitamin cafe was nice though. Free wedding meetings as long as you are buying some eats from them....the pizza πŸ•πŸ• was really nice too.

This place is a collection of restaurants offering various services. I love the African design setup of the structures, the green, the innovative herbal products on offer and service quality. Given the fact that it's in the city center, along the busy Jinja road, opposite electoral commission and surrounded by many places of employment, it's often crowded in the evenings and has no parking these days.

Though near one of Kampala's busiest roads (Jinja road), centenary park is one place that has numerous restaurants with continental dishes. It also accommodates a swimming pool as well as a gym. It's one place you wouldn't want to miss because of it's green environment.

It is a nice place to go. There are several different type of restaurants inside of the park. It is not a park for walking and getting fresh air. It is a different concept. I dont know who is owner . There is a also kids park inside . U can take your kid to that place and while he is enjoying, u can eat some delicious food from next restaurant vitamin cafe.

The park itself is rather large for Kampala. But realistically the park has been converted into a whole series of restaurants pools and other pseudopublic venues. Went to a Turkish restaurant, it was quite good. However their Adana kabobs were nowhere as spicy as in Adana, Turkey. Nonetheless a good meal and a nice setting.

The place became desolate and the businesses there are not impressive also there is a public toilet that smells along Jinja Rd the KCCA public toilets. They managed to slash the over grown grasses around it. The air is now fresh. This is August 2022

I don't think I like the place because the restaurants their have no customer care service. I was one time served wat I didn't ask for and was made to pay for it. Not cool at all.

Thw small restaurant ls there in make up Centenary Park. It isn't so fun like it used to be, you'd have to go directly into a restaurantto know how fun the park is, I did see a swimming place though.

Centenary Park Kampala, located in the heart of the capital city, is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike. It’s a spacious, well-maintained park that offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. One afternoon, I visited the park with some friends. We were greeted by the lush green trees that shaded the pathways and benches. The sound of the water fountain in the center of the park was soothing, and it was surrounded by colorful flowers and greenery though stopped working recently . We walked around the park, taking in the sights and sounds of the different activities happening around us. We found a quiet spot near the pond and sat down on a bench as we were taking soda. The peaceful atmosphere was interrupted by the sound of a live band playing music near the entrance of the park. We decided to check out the band, and as we walked towards them, we passed by vendors selling food and drinks. The aroma of roasted corn, plantains, and barbecued chicken filled the air. We grabbed a snack and sat down to listen to the music. The band was amazing, playing a mix of local and international music. People of all ages were dancing and singing along, and the energy was contagious. After the music, we continued our walk around the park, stopping to take photos and a chat. It was such a fun experience, and it reminded us of the simple joys of life. Centenary Park Kampala is truly a gem in the city. It offers something for everyone, from children's swimming to live music some days. It’s a great place to relax, have fun, and connect with others. I highly recommend a visit to this park to anyone looking for a peaceful escape from the city.

A cool place suitable for short term meetings for parties. It has more than 5 restaurants in such a small place with both local and foreign cuisine on their menu. Basically it's easily accessible by car, by walking on foot, or wheel chair. Considering it's located just behind big hotels like Hotel Africana, means the average person who can't enjoy a meal in such high end hotels will easily find some affordable meal at one of the restaurants at centenary park. It's not well lit though.
