It's a beautiful place to be; the quiet environment, the hardworking and lovely staff didn't give space for any complaints. I must say, it was a wonderful time that I and my associates enjoyed the treatment. I look forward to returning here. As for the food 😋; exquisite 👌

Went to the restaurant for dinner on a Sunday. It was busy, which is usually a good sign. We sat outside but it could use cuter chairs and tables. Inside seating is really cute but the eating tables are low and it was quite hot inside. Had their Indian food and it was surprisingly very good. However, the servers could be a little more professional:)

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are comfortable. Numerous breakfast options. Central location if you’re traveling for business to Kampala. It has a well equipped gym with an instructor. The spa and the sauna were also clean! Food was tasty - I had the avocado salmon salad at the Canaan Lounge & Bar restaurant. Cocktails are great. Only downside was that the service was quite slow.

The property is fairly new with excellent central location yet very good view of the city and partly golf course. The staff is very prompt and polite. The rooms are spacious and well designed. I was upgraded to deluxe room which has a balcony facing the city and hill. The hotel has couple of good restaurants including cafeteria with relaxed sitting arrangements. Certainly recommend this hotel for business and family travelers.

It's a great place to relax...their food is sooo super amazing and tasty. It's a quiet place, best for breakfast, dinner..a swim. It has a great view of the city as well. It's a wonderful place and I'd highly recommend it. Try it, you won't regret👍

Went here for swimming with my girls. The pool was clean and maintained well. One con would be no drinks allowed by the poolside, however I do understand since it’s for safety purposes.

The Hotel is a beautiful architecture with many facilities like accommodation, swimming pool, and conference facilities. The food is good. The facility has ample parking space of up to B3. You can always enjoy the beauty of viewing Kololo while here.

Excellent hotel in Uganda's capital city. From check-in to check-out, the customer service and hospitality was excellent. Rooms are nice and spacious, with all amenities. Excellent breakfast options are also available in the buffet. Even it is Four star it worths more than that Compared to the same group of hotel in European continent.

We recently had a dinner with my husband from the looftop restaurant, it was our first time to the place but our experience was so marvelous, the atmosphere of the place was very calm, we loved the services so much Jackie was very caring and excellent while she served us, the food was very decelious and tasty, the chefs know how to extactly prepare it the Italian way, generally every thing was on point keep it up please!! Thanks for making our dinner colorful , we hope to return always.

I went to the spa and there was no one at the reception the first time. The second time, I found a gentleman who barely knew English. I was not offered slippers to use, I had to go to the gym to get drinking water. I was not given a formal reciept for the money paid, im sure he kept it for himself. The male attendant was on the phone the whole time I was there. The worst part is, the staff keep their personal items in the spa area, so they would find me still in season and come in to get their belongings from guest lockers!!! Shocking lack of respect for guests dont know if they do this with other guests.

It's a beautiful hotel with so much potential. The parking is an interesting maze. On the day I was there, the food was bland to say the least. The waiters/waitresses could do with some more training. They're quite slow, hesitant to take seemingly simple decisions.

I give it 5 star 🌟 honestly it is one of the best Hotels in Kampala and Uganda as a whole. The rooms are very nice 👌 and high class 👏 good customer service and customer care. The location is so good in the heart of Kampala City near Yusuf Lule Road. I like the good food here, local and international dishes 😋 and all drinks 🍸 available. Very good reception. The building is a state of art 🎨 and good scenery around. Meetings and conferences can be done here a good prices

This place is exquisite. The atmosphere is exceptional. The staff are well uniformed and manicured. The food is heavenly and the sitting arrangement is well set. The swimming pool Is vast good for both swimming lessons and personal relaxation. I would recommend it for vacations, honeymoons and other social events. This is a good place to be and it needs those can afford it because it's quite expensive.

The staff are very receptive and eager to offer good service. I have always enjoyed their delicious starter soups. However, the main course dishes are quite limited, compared to other hotels. Also, some dishes could be improved, esp the matooke and g-nut paste. Overall, the ambience is very relaxing, with nice views.

It's an awesome 5 start hotel in the heart of Kampala . Over looking the golf course Kampala. The live band every week makes it relaxing with good family packages. Elevated swimming pool gives a piece of relaxation as swim. Very fine meals n classic services. It's worth a visit.

Checked out their Friday band night in December 2022. Band was really great. Just the right energy for a calm Friday evening. Cocktails were legit value for money👌🏾 Customer care was terrible though.

The hotel is OK but the staff are not highly motivated or friendly but for a few. Service can also be pretty slow and not consistent in standards depending on who is serving you.

GT never disappoints unless otherwise. I always enjoy my stays at Golden Tulip. Just one thing; access to the parking . Amature drivers will definitely knock the walls or other cars while trying to park.

The hotel is in a nice area, and the staff is very friendly. The pool is clean, but the sun there is blocked by the hotel itself. You also look at something which seems to be a left building area. The food at the hotel is ok, but nothing to be excited about. I don't know about other hotels but what they call security is a joke: On the entrance you got to screen your bags and walk through a metal detector, but even though the detector is beeping, nobody seems to care. Why the hassle then? I have been to 5 rooms, where 4 of them had unlockable windows. The 5th had a broken safe. We could carry the safe from room to room, Because they are not fixed From 12 lockers in the dressing room at the pool was just one lockable. When they call for a 2 month local salary for a night I would think that these things are pretty easy to fix, but maybe I'm the only one who cares

Strategically located and with the best quality and clean rooms , awesome experience with the good Kampala city view. Good for family outings, Parties and meetings not to mention but a few Try them, and you won’t regret in everything.

Place is nice and splendid. Their restaurant and lobby space can amaze you. It’s so nice for business meetings. Their restaurant overlooking sky gives you infinity feeling. Always recommended.

This place is cozy and great for working rather than going to a starbucks. On some days its quiet and on Saturdays they have karaoke (which i have been corrected is a Lingala night for those who love Congolese music like me). The food is amazing and the service is so amazing. Definitely coming back.

Beautiful space. Weirdly, they don't allow you to take pictures in the lobby, even during the Christmas period. They could do better with the staff. They don't offer slippers when using the pool, so go prepared.

So the food is amazing, the service is alright, the staff got name tags so you don't have to go through the hustle of embarrassing yourself trying to get help. The balcony views are breathtaking. The parking on the other hand...Hehehe let's just say it's the least memorable aspect of the Hotel. The washrooms are spotless. (Washroom views attached)

I recently stayed at the Tulip hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The buffet breakfast was delicious, providing a great start to each day. The full gym with a personal trainer was a standout feature, and the hotel's central location made exploring the city easy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great service and amenities.

Good amenities, comfortable bed. The food was good but there was no variety. The bar was well stocked.

I don’t have many references in Kampala but quite convenient for a business stay. It looks brand new despite being 5 years old, nice meeting rooms on the 10th floor, good breakfast and better service.

Minutes away from the CBD in one of the most secure areas in Kampala. Their is a golfing area walking distance away, carrefour and chicken inn. The hotel has very good rooms and the service is awesome. The amenities are top notch and room service is awesome. Everything is well thought out from the tv, wifi etc. The breakfast and food variety is huge. Just awesome and to top it all. There is a balcony in almost every room. The place has alot if security features from the card controlled alleviator to the security check

I stayed there one week as I came for meeting and I got issues with my laptop and I thought I almost lost all the datas, well thanks to annet(kisnet) who brought it back to life 🙏 . Good ambiance but the food is wanting

It’s a pure value for money stay. We had a good interaction with the staff and all the friendly employees during our 2 months stay at the hotel were helpful at each need. It was a home away home experience for us especially as we could access all the local dishes from the buffet served at lunch. It’s a clean hotel and well maintained restaurants, gym and swimming pool. Will be staying again and again for now it’s the hotel of choice within Kampala and very accessible environment without city traffic jam and congestion with city malls just within few meters away.
