This place have GM and sweeming pool it's good also for people with disabilities it has a lift restaurant. Thier rooms are swetable.

Eureka place is close to the main road which makes it accessible. There's usually no traffic on that road. The back access road is murram but not that bad. The parking space for the lower entrance is really small, it accommodates like 10 cars. It has a small reception with friendly receptionists. The restaurant is sizable, warm and cosy. They do not serve alcoholic drinks. They serve nice food especially the chicken curry that I ate when I was there. Unfortunately I didn't go to the rooms.

It's a very nice place to be. The accommodation is really good and meals plans are consistent. The services rendered and hospitality are exceptional. Had a nice experience there for a week.

I was truly impressed by the restaurants' decor: gives 4 to 5-star feel! Clean. Modern. Good service. Great location: near Kampala CBD and easily accessible from Kampala suburbs for meetings.

I didn't get to have a sleep over but staff is friendly, rooms are neat and clean, good spot if looking for accomodation not so far from e busy city surburb

The hotel services were exceptionally good coupled with the great ambiance at Eureka Place! One thing to note though, is that the bathroom tiles were slippery and therefore, need to provide a remedy to curb accidents that could turn out to be fatal.

The security guards there provide good security on our properties and exhibit nice customer service.

Aircon not working properly, rooms too hot! Aircon switches itself off every 30 seconds to one minute. You have to keep remote control on your hand to turn it on every time!! 😢 TV channels not working Shower mostly cold water

The general ambience of the place is great but if we get into the nitty gritty of it there's a lot of things worth mentioning . first of all the WiFi doesn't work , secondly the rooms are extremely small you can't open the wardrobe, no air conditioning, they're located in a dusty area and this is just to mention a few .the positives are that their food is nice and they have nice staff

The rooms are ok for the price. A real challenge is their wifi service with multiple networks but none working well. I didn't have time to use the swiming pool but saw it and it looked small. The conference facilities are varied, some smaller rooms and some other with more space.

service is good, warm, friendly, responsive, and helpful staff. Rooms are okay. Menu could use a lot more local dishes. and the internet is really horrible, please increase bandwidth and fix so it doesn't keep fully disappearing

Good meeting halls. Rooms are fine but I struggled to get warm water flowing in vain. Their dinner and breakfast buffets are mouth watering. The staff are great too.

The new wing is nice, the hotel has close to 100 rooms classified into several categories, deluxe, single, twins etc. They have enormous conference halls of different capacities. They can hold up to 5 conferences at the same time. The rooms are modern with electronic card security locks, room service, clean, and well lit. Some have aixr conditioning. They have spring beds at least in their deluxe rooms. The bedsheets are pure cotton with fiber filled pillows to ensure a good rest. The bathrooms are clean but really small and they would have atleast included balconies for their top floors. It's not a budget hotel.

It was a nice place. Their meals are good . They make nice chicken and the environment is ambient. I liked it as would recommend it to anyone

Affordable, good food and strategically placed.

I like the quiet serene environment. They also have some delicious local dishes and great space for conferences.

Though on the outside it may seem idyllic, the experience and service was far from. No working Wi-Fi, unfriendly staff that pester you each day to check out, meal wait times of almost 45 minutes with the food being substandard at best ( the menu is not a reflection of what they can actually provide) and not to mention the uncomfortable stares you receive if you are considered a tourist. My experience at Eureka truly put a dent in my trip back to my homeland of Uganda. For the extortionate rates I would have thought of experience much better, sadly not.

Mark, the manager, always checks on us to make sure that every aspect of our stay is excellent. Jackie at Rose’s has become like a member of our family and always takes phenomenal care of us along with others like Sarah and Molly; offering incredible customer service always with a smile. They go above and beyond not just to serve the customer but to get to know you. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is wonderful, and the prices are very reasonable. I’ll continue to stay at Eureka Place as long as I serve the people of Kampala.

We stayed at Eureka Hotel in June, 2021 because a friend had recommended it and it was a nice comfortable place to rest before our journey back home the next day. The staff was friendly and helpful and the service was excellent. We enjoyed the meals at the their restaurant along with breakfast in the morning. Rooms were nice and clean. A budget friendly hotel that I would recommend to other if staying in Kampala, Uganda.

Great breakfast....but the bed was hard like a board

I went to their Rose Cafe. The service isn't too bad. I ordered their chicken and dawa tea and I was smiling from greasy ear to greasy ear after digging in. I also found their seats quite comfortable.. The place isn't too large tho so noise interference can be a thing especially if you think you're hiding away to take a work video call.

Eureka is so beautiful place to visit n had fan like parties n for travelers.
