From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable service and warm hospitality provided by the lovely staff. They made me feel right at home throughout my entire stay. One of the highlights of my time at the Royal Suites was the incredible food. The onsite restaurant served delicious meals with a wide variety of options to choose from. Whether I was craving local delicacies or international cuisine, the chefs never failed to deliver. Each meal was a delightful culinary journey. The location of the hotel was also a major plus point. Situated in a prime area, it offered convenient access to various attractions and landmarks. Exploring the city was a breeze, thanks to its proximity to public transportation and popular tourist spots. The amenities provided at the Royal Suites were top-notch. The swimming pool was a refreshing oasis, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. I also appreciated the well-maintained green environment surrounding the hotel, which added to the tranquil and serene ambiance. The accommodation itself was excellent. My room was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities truly exceeded my expectations. Overall, my stay at the Royal Suites was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of good food, a convenient location, excellent amenities, and comfortable accommodation made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a delightful and luxurious stay.

This place is good for a good get away from the city. The place is spacious to hold picnics, birthday parties and conference meetings. Don't even get me started on the meals, it's fine dining. There is a fully stocked bar with a pool view for those wanting to cool down. For the bodybuilders, the gym is fully stocked.

Surely, this place is charming in terms of amenities. It's standard, State-of-the-art-technology appliances. High level and above class customer care and strick security system. I recommend it for dear and appropriate meetings weddings, conferences.

I haven’t left the place but there’s a waitress by the name of Jacky who is making my stay worth it. The customer care is extremely good. Even after making her move several times she kept her smile on. The ambiance is good and the food is tasty. I am truly humbled. Thumbs up.

Very beautiful place but we had to wait for our food for 4 hours and we didn’t get to eat until we applied pressure that we were going to cancel the orders Mother’s Day gone wrong

It was my first day in kampala and had a chance to visit Royal suites. It was amazing experience. There was a big pool for members . Weather and location was a big hit. Service was good. I ordered spring rolls and African tea. Both were so good. Members has some benefits which I have to explore yet😂. Overall my first experience was simply WOW.

Love the garden, the baby pool and the spacious room. However there is need to deal with mosquitoes on a regular basis. The 1st 2 days of our stay scared me because of the amount of mosquitoes in the rooms and bathroom.

Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood of Kampala. The place has both accomodation and conference facilities. They have a swimming pool, and gym facilities that is open for both residents and non resident. The place is wheelchair accessible and has ample parking space. In the evenings the place can be really cold and full of mosquitoes due to the many trees that surrounds the place. The food is not bad though they have limited options.

The hotel is good and offers attractive rates for their halls and gardens. The restaurant is great and the gardens are beautiful too. The swimming pools are good for both kids and adults.

Buffet was welldone. The rooms are spacious and clean. Very welcoming stuff. Location is good not to far from the essential services. Will definitely visit again.

Corporate place and nice for leaning, training, team building, meetings, retreat, wedding, and other categories of events. You can book and enjoy good meals and quite a unique wild plant environment. The set up is nice and is used for videography, filming & recording of videos. The place also has spacious parking and a big swimming pool. The place is good for filming activities because of the green and beautiful gardening.

I love this place . It’s cost friendly from meals to swimming. The swimming comes with sauna and gym . The food was tasty and service was top notch . It’s also very clean and the ambiance is a 10 .

It's beautiful clam place to be. I love their pool is super clean less crowded. Spa is lacking both steam n sauna. Their food is great. Services are good but the waiting team needs to do it like they are paid n not forced they don't seem happy to serve us.

Gym, pool and restaurants are okay. The bathrooms though no longer have warm water and some of the lockers need fixing as they don't lock

This hotel is located in a upscale area of Kampala the capital city of Uganda. There are lovely rooms with a provision of kitchenette. A large swimming pool with a bar by it. Good spa, awesome dishes and great view in-house.

Serene quiet & peaceful Environment Secure parking. More than enough green spaces with many of calming plants. Various plant species. The rooms are generally smart clean and well. Organized. Rodent, bug & cockroach free 😃 A few things that could be put right... Mosquitoes are quite many in the evening hours, maybe mosquito repellents can be adopted. The swimming pool is a dangerous spot during the night as someone can fall in it. There is possibility of finding a way of covering it or putting a movable fence around it during the night. Otherwise i shall surely come again. Thank you Royal Suites.

Nice spot for workshops, suites work force well organized, quiet place and calm area. Those who would want to swim, nice pool and well monitored so your safety guaranteed. Also nice area in the event that you prefer a garden event. Plenty of green environment, extremely friendly!

Exquisite place in the heart of bugolobi for conferencing, parties, meetings and hotel facilities. Well furnished swimming facilities, gardens, bar and grill. Had a very pleasant stay. You need private or hired transport facility as its difficult accessing public means from the facility..

Ample parking space. Well isolated and offer dine in food and drinks. Great service

The food is nice, quite, there is am open door swimming pool though all the time there children with there swimming lessons, they leave the pool at around 4 or 5 pm and the pool closes at 6pm. Customer care is good .

Serene environment with good reception and parking. The conference halls are well lit too. Somehow cost friendly and affordable. If you like swimming, the pool is also a great Hotspot for swimming and live band at the pool side.

The place is nice but I was very very disappointed😞 with the waiting staff during our reception when it came to time of serving the buffet, they gave us very very little food and I think what was served was not even half way of the buffet that we had paid for and they carried all the food and ran away with it before even some of my guests ate yet we were very few in number above all denied us even the starters yet it was all paid for. I wasn't happy at all.

Ambient environment, quiet whether it's day or night. It's located in a highly residential outskirts of Kampala city. That assures you of a Peace of mind, full concentration if need be, the valley night breeze is fantastic. Ample parking space, be assured of safety from your belongings, car and beyond.

Nice place. But weekends could be tooooooo noisy. The worst part is multiple functions with their own music and shooting by MCs....ooops complete Babel unless you are a part of that confusion. Othawise food is good and pricey but you need to wait a minimum of 1 hour to 1:30hrs to be served. So if you visit here to eat only if you had taken food oredi Nd could afford to wait that long.
