I used to go here for gym, sauna and steam bath. The aerobics class has quite the energetic instructor, its fun. Few gym equipment though, but its okay and affordable

Surprisingly a quite spacious facility. Not easy to tell that it is from the main road. Lots of parking, a really great gym and a pretty popular sauna & steam bath.

The buffet is definitely not a real buffet, I hope they compensate in other areas. Definitely prefer their upcountry branch to this one

Their Gym is pathetic. Almost no equipment at all. Ones which are there are so old.

Always open for gym and fitness sessions. A good option when stuck in traffic along the Kisaasi Kyanja route for a good workout

Very lousy coffee ..but I understand they have a thriving health club with sauna, steam and gym facility
