If
I
only
could,
I
would
rate
zero
star.
You
can't
call
yourself
a
hospital
and
leave
a
patient
in
the
cold
just
because
the
cash
was
not
available
and
it
was
going
to
come
the
very
morning.
My
wife
(who
had
c
section
delivery
from
Kibuli
last
month
on
march)
had
a
sudden
rise
in
temperature,
a
fever
that
was
going
to
40Β°.
She
collapsed
infront
of
the
reception
just
to
tell
you
how
bad
it
was,
but
I
had
to
scream
to
people
who
were
just
there
watching
so
that
they
can
take
her
into
emergency
room.
We
reached
there
at
11
pm.
They
made
her
lay
on
that
bed
without
even
giving
any
treatment,
considering
the
emergency,
just
because
I
did
not
have
cash
on
me
and
was
going
to
give
them
in
the
very
morning
(
we
were
going
to
stay
there
untill
morning
then
pay
before
leaving).
They
left
her
hanging
there,
I
was
carrying
our
1
and
a
half
month
old
baby
through
the
cold
night
helplessly
as
no
one
was
taking
care
of
my
wife.
They
ended
up
taking
her
blood
for
tests
and
installed
a
canular
but
never
administrated
even
water
to
her,
yet
she
was
badly
off.
At
3
am
they
finally
decided
to
take
us
into
admission.
But
instead
of
taking
us
to
normal
rooms,
they
took
us
to
the
ward
where
there
are
diseases
and
tuberculous
and
all
sorts
of
that
kind
of
stuff.
They
told
us
it
was
dangerous
to
go
there
cause
the
baby
would
contract
illness.
Then
why
bring
us
there
at
the
first
place?
After
3
long
hours
of
waiting
through
the
cold
night?
They
told
us
that
it
was
better
to
go
to
private
ward
for
safety
and
convenience.
I
said
alright,
and
inquired
about
the
amount
per
night
,
but
they
said
they
can't
take
us
before
we
deposit
some
cash.
It
was
almost
4
am
and
we
were
going
to
give
them
that
money
at
9
am
if
late
for
mercy
sake.
But
they
prefer
to
leave
a
sick
mum
in
the
cold
untreated
with
severe
fever
just
because
we
didn't
have
cash
in
the
middle
of
the
night.
We
decided
then
to
go
back
home
since
we
didnt
have
any
solution;
that's
where
comes
the
funniest
part,
we
are
charged
98'
000
Ugandan
shilling
yet
we
didn't
get
any
treatment
,
any
feedback
from
the
doctor
and
we
spent
the
whole
night
outside
in
the
cold
with
a
sick
mum
and
a
baby.
At
the
end
they
reviews
the
bill
at
48
000
,
after
removing
the
treatment
cost
that
I
said
I
never
received.
The
48k
was
for
the
canular
and
lab
tests
that
I
had
to
shout
to
obtain
.
That's
a
brief
explanation
of
everything
that
happened
that
night.
To
conclude,
we
went
back
home
untreated.
If
you
wish
to
be
left
there
dying
while
being
watched,
the
choose
Kibuli
Hospital.
They
are
the
most
unserious
and
unbelievable
place
where
sad
realities
like
mine
happen.
They
call
themselves
muslims
yet
they
are
ready
to
let
one
die
just
because
he'll
be
having
the
money
in
few
hour
,
and
its
the
middle
of
the
night.
Anyway,
for
people
who
still
want
to
go
there
because
some
people
don't
believe
in
reviews,
good
luck.
But
even
if
I
had
a
biggest
enemy
in
my
life,I
would
never
recommend
that
hospital.
