    I wouldn't in my NORMAL SENSES advice anyone to go to this hospital. they have very few staff, very slow, very unprofessional. They have the worst receptionist, she has no customer care at all. They charge you for services they don't even offer, just to find a way of over pricing you. It was a very terrible experience with that hospital.

    What beats my understanding is how your pharmacy staff choose to change medication the dr has written without asking me. Dr writes brozedex u give us deleased, he writes pessaries you dispense a cream instead when I tried to talk to the nurse, so rudely she started , sibilabye. And that particular dr whose mind is always far away from his work he assessed you but keeps asking you mpozi whatโ€™s the complaint,ahaaaaa. Then the lab time, 1 hour is really big mutusadiire Bambi. Then the continuous go for billing , go for billing. Bituukooya. Lastly the insurance desk. Runyankole is the order of the day. As you speak to the, their earphones are on and they are responding to phone calls , letโ€™s prioritize work and petty talk bambi. That girl in glasses ye amanyi yatuuka because she works at that insurance desk. We really like your facility please tilt abit.

    This hospital is the worst!!! It has the worst customer service, I had to wait for 5hours to see a physician and they had to first toss me around from here to there, YES they are well equipped with machines but NO๐Ÿšฎ Talk about their CARDIOLOGY, you wait for some good days as they always bounce you and they close at 4pm sharp (with or without patients)

    The hospital is clean and is fully equipped but has extremely slow, totally un interested staff that have an ugly un welcoming attitude with no clear processes. Everyone does what they feel like. I would not visit again or recommend therefore.

    The hospital is understaffed, very slow processes, and the risk of COVID19 infection is high. It took me 1.5hours to see a doctor, was tossed here and there by receptionist and nurses. Results took 1hour and 20 mins to be released. The small lab was having many people at sametime, with its door a high risk factor for covid infection among clients. Overall, the waiting time is too long.

    Customer care service is close to 0! We at 10.am to see the physian, the receptionist couldn't be bothered, impatient attitude even when there is no one in the que, it's only us, we go and sit to wait. We sit for about 20 minutes and ask if the doctor is around, the nurse says yes but he is making rounds in the ward, and should be back in less than 30 minutes, we then sit for more than 2 hours. He comes towards 1pm. He even complains to the nurses that why didnt they inform him that he had patients waiting for him. The staff does not care at all for the patients. I dont recommend.

    Very rude female nurses . You ask a question and they just ignore and continue on phone. You need to work on customer service . Otw the experience was terrible for me . Am just glad my baby recovered.

    The doctors are good, they ask quite a number of questions to find out the real issue. They don't base on only one test to make a diagnosis. They have quite a number of specialists. The lab is a bit slow in giving patients their results, overall it's a good hospital.

    All I can say is don't be fooled by the so called latest equipment the quality and service is just like any other sub standard hospital. And their Pharmacy isn't well stocked. If your lucky you might get one or two very helpful and good staff so..... good luck.

Otherwise It is the worset hospital have ever seen in ICU almost killing our brother with poor service in the ICU they are stealing people's money.     1st Google shows in the wrong location. 2nd. Very good hospital for Uganda or Kenya. I have been here twice at 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. for serious food poisoning. Received excellent care for coming in during the middle of the night. Also received excellent care during the daytime. You cannot rush or speed up medical tests! I found times equivalent to hospital times in the US. I found all the staff very courteous and professional. My only complaint is that the prices are high.

    Service is unrealistically slow. Came in with an emergency but it took 4hrs to set up an admission room then the next day I wasnโ€™t seen by a doctor till 1pm who discharged me but the whole process still took 2hrs

    All Services are very very slow, doctors and nurses are good and friendly and non medical staffs are very rude , they are just sitting for waste of time. The billing staffs are billing wrong medical investigations ( test) . I never want to consult or recommend anyone to this hospital. Never visit this hospital in emergencies.

    Handling Parents is VERY BAD ( I give 0 marks out of 10) To reach Doctor you have to pass Reception, Cashier, to Duty Nurse which can take minimum 30 to 45 mts ( if u r lucky) Evert desk take there own time and VERY Arragent I have been to this hospital 4 times every time it's the same LAB technician/ Attached is good , LAB is clean I will give 8 marks out of 10 for Toilets and Canteen Canteen staff are welcoming yet they don't have more verity options " we cont expect more in a Hospital" Definitely I will not recommend this Hospital if an emergency, I will definitely recommend who is not very serious and have plenty of time to waste Date of last Visit 30th September 2018 time around 11am Reg.     I haven't been one to post reviews but I'm doing this because I know this is a good hospital and for it to be great, a lot has to change. It is so painful to come to hospital feeling unwell and you get to the nursing station and have to wait more than 40 minutes for triage...you go see a doctor, have to wait again to get tests (these are usually my longest waits, they tell you 40mins but you should just set aside 1:30mins). By the time you're leaving, you're worse than when you came in. Why are there no nurses at the station yet many walking through corridors and can't even help? Why does it have to take an hour from the reception to consultation? I unfortunately go there all the time hoping the experience will be different but no..the worst part is when you are in line waiting and there's a child....I feel for children, they don't take on pain like we do...they just want to stop feeling sick. Please work on time management and presence/availability of nurses...it's not the first, second or just third time for me, but you could make someone's first time a better experience than mine. UMC is a good hospital, don't let these processes and systems bring it down.

    I had a child emergency who needed transfusion really fast and their interest was money. That I pay before they attend to her. We had been referred to the place by her doctor, we came in with a diagnosis and lab results which these shameless pple plagiarised/ copied on their so called admission form and charged us on being discharged.

    Took my daughter to hospital on 27th , arrived at 10:50pm left past midnight without medication Reason ; Drs available where handling an emergency About 5 patients left un attended to that night I left last after trying hard to be patient My daughterโ€™s temperature was 38:8 Then I go back the next day and the doctor I find rรฉalisรฉs that one test had not been done because the lady who was billing left it out . Or didnโ€™t bill It. So my daughter had to be injected again for a sample I was told I would be called to let me know what the results are like Itโ€™s now 9:50pm no call from UMC Really !!!!!

    Terrible experience. A hospital is more than qualified medical practitioners in a building. This sleeping receptionist (luckily she's censored herself for me) wasn't even the worst. Why do I wake someone to be served?! It reflects the care of the management if someone knows they can do this so openly and get away with it. The gentleman at the registration desk was asleep on his reclined chair and had to be called on the phone to be woken. If my child wasn't sick this would have been more of a comedy sketch than real life.
