IIt's on a very good location and with helpful staff...one that measures bp& some other lady I didn't get her name. But the ultrasound guy must be underpaid that's why he's not that friendly *And he takes his time ..sometimes he's steps out and patients must wait...generally its annoying. Secondly those washrooms need some extra cleaning being a hospital.. ..Waiting in the queue also is another problem..eh. I haven't gotten well with the general doctors esp those who work on Sundaysbse you bring an issue and you see someone is struggling to explain...

It's still building capacity to handle patient numbers. Structure not purposely built for a hospital, transformed from a trading arcade and improvised into a health facility.... So alot of polishing in progress to modify it into a hospital.

Continuously the single worst experience I've ever received. It's sad it's the closest hospital around. Its like there is an award on who can be the rudest with the receptionists. Talking over you is a must. Sneering in your presence is must. They'll roll their eyes at you like you're the source of all their problems. Sad thing is this happens every single time. But the attitude!!!!!

Quite a good place. Will recommend it if you need good medical attention. Note however that some of the staff at the front desk are sometimes irritating and poor in PR. In the majority, however, they are very user friendly. Waiting time is growing longer, particularly if you need a specialist. The lab seems quite efficient, and the pharmacies are stocked with most of the basics.

I checked in at around 8:30 but i left at midday without my results. I even went to the lab and asked for the print out and the lab technician failed to give it to me. Mind you these was General Blood count results. And the cashier's attitude was for world cup. Why do you even keep incompetent staff to start with?

I had a great experience giving birth at LifeLink, the midwives and Doctors were all so awesome. From antenatal to the birth and after the birth, I had a good experience for which I am very grateful!

The hospital has become possibly too small for it's size of clientele. Queue management is poor as one has to line up for long to get off the different service points. Expansion might be long term ambition though necessary at this point meaning that there's need to hire more people to let the traffic move.

Worst experience with a health centre ever. Incompetent health workers. The hospital priorities money over health

I've been here a few times. It's often busy with a full cue, so getting to see the doctor can take a while like anywhere else. Doctors have always been nice and done a good job.

Worst customer care service in the Ntinda branch. Nurses clearly show they favor clients leaving others to wait for 2 hours and more. I doubt this is the principle of lifelink as a hospital

It's one of the organised hospitals in Kyaliwajjala training center with all medical equipments and doctors available at a moderate price with enough space for patients.

Life link used to be a good hospital when it had just started. But now the graphs are going down. Their ultrasound scan tech has the worst care to patients. 3 hrs waiting for him to get done with lunch. As if they offer free services

This hospital is fake. Only beautiful from outside, but fake services. They all behave like they're not given salary, they're very slow, they don't care about the patients, no smiling faces.....it's just widening for nothing. Fake services just. Expensive for nothing. I can never recommend any one here.

This facility requires alot of patience with everyone right from receptionist to the Drs. No one cares how much time you spend before being attended too as long as you have paid for their consultation. Very poor service

  • 1/5 Tom M. 7 months ago on Google
Very poor service. We came in with an emergency and they keep tossing patients around. It's a true example of a govt facility. No customer care, the technical team behaves like patients are a burden, noise all over. It's clean though. But If I can, I will not be coming back here. Funny it was very efficient before it expanded. Very poor service.

  • 1/5 Elizabeth N. 11 months ago on Google
Why the slowness guys, first experience was when we brought a friends kids and until she made noise results were not coming out, today I got my experience how does one wait from 12:45 to now, I bet I'll leave here at 4:30 or 5pm. Its not right guys you have to do something about this. Its truely unfortunate.

Very very poor service. They delay to attend to their patients as if people come here to party or look at them. And the nurses have attitude as though they are doing someone a favor. Life link Namugongo u cannt make a patient in pain wait for 3 hours. It doesn't make sense.
