  Very Poor Customer care...Getting a result on time is next to impossible.. they don’t even honor their promises on sharing sending results even after giving email address. Year after year their services going down..thinking twice to step in there next time

  I visited easy view mbarara branch but I'm totaly disappointed by. Staff Staff is looking like they Don't know anything Fake fake fake fake fake service Fake services Untrained and unprofessional staffs Don't west mony and time here

  Phone never Connects but your money ll get waste by calling them and connecting to auto recording anf then auto disconnect. This guys are very Sharp dont want to entertainment public on phones visit and they ll make sure they sale u their Products.. highly unrecommended. Poor Service Quality.

  Very, very, very, very poor service. They are not honest on when you’re supposed to get your lab results. They give false promises and then keep telling you to come back yet the results are needed ASAP. They’re just quick to collect money. They don’t have value for people’s time and they don’t have their customer’s best interest. I just don’t recommend. Just terrible. Really terrible.

  Very poor service.I have done fasting blood glucose and pp blood glucose test on 17 th.They assured to give report on evening through mail.Still I could not receive any receipt of my payments and my report in mail..only they have given one photocopy of test results.even they are not picking up my call..

  Turn around time for the most basic of labs is too long, they never picked any phone calls, sluggish service at their Kyadondo road branch, most disappointing is the you pay for this mediocrity!

  I'm sharing my opinion. Very poor service. Every time i go there, its a different person handling you so you've got to explain over and over... tests results are so slow. Only plus side is that they are the cheapest in town. Guess that is the price you pay for that type of quality.
