I've been staying here for nearly 20 years and feel privileged to have made the right decision. The friendly staff, security, clean rooms at affordable prices make such a difference. Accessibility to the main road into town is a bonus. If you need convenience to do business around town then this should be your first choice Hotel. Bravo!

Very bed services people have no meind

We recently attended a training at the luxurious Sports View hotel, a remarkable 5-star establishment. The spaciousness of the venue was delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Highly recommended!

It's a very nice place apparently their are some renovations and construction works taking place aimed at improving the appearance and service delivery

The waitress Diana Agume was such a sweetheart with very fast service and a welcoming smile.But the guy who manages the pool area has very poor customer service

The bar attendant is very rude. Hotel charges u extra 2% for paying using airtel Momo!! And wen I complain the bar manager says this is his department and so I must comply. Wat a service

I respect the fact that this hotel employees all people irrespective of their disabilities, this great of you and show a great work culture you have, the rooms are extremely clean and spacious the man or lady in the kitchen is at his or her best

Expansions of the hotel area are ongoing but the hotel ambiance is five star inclusive of the indoor services and difference comes in if you are looking to have a meeting point for various indoor activities

So welcoming

Just out of Kampala Town and on the main road hence the location is good. The parking is fine, many spots and accessible even to wheelchair. Check is done at the gate showing some sense of security. Reception is perfect with jovial receptionists. Directions given and luggage assistance offered. The rooms are clean. Only issue is with some rooms facing the road. They get a little noisy. Generally it's an okay place.
