Most "western" style gym I've found in Kampala, with a very good weight training area. Large cycling studio is nice, though I've never taken a class there. They have a good number of treadmills, though they don't have sufficient electricity to power them at higher speeds, which is frustrating. Recently raised the price of a day pass to 30k, which is expensive, as are their memberships. Having the coffee/smoothie bar there is nice for a post workout snack. Have never used the spa facilities. There's a small playground outside for kids and a sport court place next door. Edit: They are not doing a very good job maintaining the gym area. More times than not, all 8 of their treadmills are inoperable. Parts of the weight machines can, and do, fall off or come loose during use. Finding a matching set of dumbbells is a pain since guests don't put them back where they belong and the staff doesn't rearrange them.

A great fully stocked gym with the full range of new weight machines, free weights, spin classes, treadmills, basketball court and even a bike shop! Great vibe for anyone serious about your fitness, and a choice of either a pre or post workout cappucino or coffee at Endiro cafe.

Well equipped gym with professional instructors. This kind I have never found anywhere around Uganda. One fascinating thing is the hygiene of the showers and bathrooms. This place is like home away from home.
