This is apparently the most affordable superman in the region with very cheap things/item compared to Fraine and other supermarkets in that place, it as apparently the biggest parking, good customer care services, has the most number of pay points and many methods of payments. It actually displays even the employee of the Month 🤭🤭

The place looks neglected. The customer care is okay at best. The staff look like they don't want to be there. When you most of them for help, they barely speak or just use gestures to point, it's sickening. Recently stopped by on a Sunday afternoon after church and they were blasting some local Christian music. Key word is blasting. My wife and I got out of there with a headache. I try avoiding this place as much as I can. May 26th 2022- these guys really are tone deaf. I was just there again today and the music is still loud as can be albeit English Christian music now. I only go there out of desperation, however, I'd never recommend this place to anyone.

This is one of the most well stocked supermarkets in Ntinda. You can buy anything like groceries, spices, clothes, travel bags and a variety of both soft & alcoholic drinks. The supermarket has an inside food point where you can seat & have some snacks. They have many staff both as attendants and cashiers. You can find convenience because there's parking. They have multiple points of sale which makes it easier to do your shopping.

It’s a wonderful supermarket with fair prices and a friendly environment. I like shopping here. However, the parking spaces get easily congested since the building is shared with a lot of other businesses and the security personnel at the premises are really rude sometimes (I’m not talking bout the door man). Otherwise, this is a really great place to shop

Fairly well stocked supermarket with some good products. Even during this seasom, in-store shopping is allowed, with markings on the floor for social distancing. Directions on where to get products are lacking especially as there are two or more floors with items.

I love the Master supermarket! Although on this particular trip, my cashier had the worst customer service. She was not a problem solver. We had a payment issue with mobile money messages not coming through on time and she made me stick around for over 30mins even after confirming through the MTN momo pay app that money had been deducted.

I like the whole food cereals sold at this supermarket, very good for family healthy feeding.

Okay. They close a little later, which is good when everyone is rushing to beat curfew time and you realise you forgot to go to the shops during the day.

It's a one stop shopping centre in the heart of Ntinda, with a variety of home accessories, gadgets, has a good court should you crave for a quick bite I particularly love it's support for organic foods,one product that i really love is SATOS LOCAL EGG PACKS, that reminds me of tasty grandma's tasty free range chicken EGGS that she used to prepare at home There's plenty of other wonderful local food products on the shelves

Located at Ntinda shopping Centre along old Kiira road near Total fuel station. Master supermarket is the place to be for quick shopping. You can find anything you want here. The food section is great but usually in the morning hours while the food is fresh. The place closes at 10:00PM so it doesn't give room for late night shopping.

It is situated inside the Ntinda shopping center (mall) and offers a wide range of products for purchase. I like that they offer loyalty cards so that clients may accumulate points every time they buy 🤸🤸. The supermarket has a restaurant where you can eat in or take away 😋😋

Not very crowded and there normal flow of traffic. A place for the middle income Ugandan.

A variety of stock at amazing prices but with a very busy packing yard

1. Most of the staff don't wear masks. 2. The Deli / Bakery counter is a disaster. I stood in fronf of the counter, wanted to buy something. The lady finished serving the customer before me and, instead of attending to me, went to chat to her coworker. None of them were wearing masks by the way. 3. The staff at Reception are wonderful, and they do wear masks. But these days they are given an extra duty: to package Christmas presents. Because of that there is not enough staff to attend to the customers wanting to leave a bag or have it back. (In the first place, it's not me who needs to leave my bag, it's them who ask us to. So, if you have instituted this constrining rule, be able to abide by it yourself. 4. At the exit you have to show the receipt to a security guard. The first time I almost laughed, the subsequent times I thought how ugly it is to create such a climate of mistust in your shop. Other chains of supermarkets somehow manage to operate without it. 5. The security guards at the door should not impede the passage of people. They stand in the doors. This is not only not polite but also risky in these Covid times.

Normal supermarket. Shared parking with other stores in the complex. The fried goods are nice.

Very Poor Customer Service. The manager of this store doesn't know that how to behave professionally with customers. He is rude. Their staff members are not cooperative. Due to their poor customer service. I recommend people, Please don't buy things from this store especially don't buy electronic items.
