Basically you can get all kind of groceries and stuff directly from India 😄😄. I felt that I was in my country. Shop has two portion inside, upper portion has lots of stuff for daily use. I saw some pressure cookers and idle maker. Next time I will buy🤫🤫and out side they have sweet(Mithai) shop and fresh vegetables. I got my henna cone (Mehndi) from that shop. Yayyy.

Has got almost 90% of what you need for your shopping. Ample parking space. But it's really fixed with too many things in comparison with the space they have. Sometimes, too full with clients and its Hard to find what you want. But staff is very helpful, always ready to help you get what you're looking for.

Am thrilled by their business model, they have an excellent supply chain and the way the network with the sales team is noteworthy. The manager doesn't have an office like most super/hyper markets that closed shop...but the guy sits under a staircase who is a CCTV himself 🤣 Jazz had seen so many threats that never shook it's commitment is adding value both to its suppliers and clients alike, Nakumatt, ShopRite and now Carrefour (only time will tell if they would last) all housed in village mall just opposite to Jazz appeared like Goliath in terms of capital and brand image and brand leverage couldn't stand to see the breakeven threshold. Kudos Jazz guys, but be consistent in what you do to continue...

Customer service was very bad I order my monthly gorss 1 that man given me half item and without informating put a big big items and when I call didn't want to see... In half they given some wrong item then they block in what's app and not picking normal call.

They have good prices for their items but they always have a limited variety. The girls at the counter are never pleasant to customers some always claim they have no change/balance for the customers u wonder what they do with those extra coins they keep.

It's a nice supermarket with good prices and you can find most Indian and continental groceries. One thing I didnt like is that the isles are quite narrow but otherwise the selection of items is good. Also, the parking is a bit tight. You can also find vegetables outside the supermarket.
