It's a very nice place, shops, apartments, cafes, facial clinic etc. So clean

Centrally placed in the heart of Ntinda. Easy access to banks, stores, a gym, restaurants, cafes, and other basic amenities

Parking is inadequate for the purpose of this building. The layout is confusing and evidence of how unplanned the structure was. The building is a non-residential building with a misleading name. No real idea which industry it's targeted at. It is reminiscent of our ugly malls in downtown Kampala. It's a business slum.

Okay this is one of the best buildings in Ntinda and that is a fact! Okay first of all this building is not for everyone I don't mean like some people are kept out I mean it's for a specific group of people..... sophisticated type! Also it is always clean and quiet.....no noise to get your stress up so just imagine.....it is just too cool! The apartments have a privacy that I have not seen here like not everyone gets to move in the apartment section aimlessly. All in all I just have to say this building is just too cool and different from the other buildings in Ntinda.

We had a good run there with various entrepreneurs and it was wonderful 👍
