I liked the space & order of the place. If you visit Kampala with a low budget. You can consider sleeping in the city center in style.

The suite rooms are huge and included more than I needed for a 2 night business stay, aka full kitchen and dining table with lounge area. The big thing for me was no shower only the shower over bath and slip slops for your convenience. It does have a nice balcony which unfortunately overlooks the fairly busy road. The breakfast is very basic but overall service the is excellent.

The best Suites services in Town-Kampala and in the Country-Uganda, just a booking of your stay at the Suites: say;- Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, parties, holidays with your family, conferences for business meetings among others.... will surely make u appreciate all the wonders of services provided to you as an individual and as a group respectively.

The dining furniture was unique and the suite setup generally good. Great service by the staff and generally resourceful. Uber cabs are way more economical than the traditional taxi option.

Great place right in center of kampala town, ambiance, cool music playing in dinning area. Which is HUGE, good for small wedding receptions Great service and food, with buffet served everyday. Well equipped board rooms for company meetings and conferencing. A social area for a drink and laugh with friends at the top, over looking some parts of Kampala. Love it.

It is actually a service apartment that has been converted to tell the rooms are big but not very efficient. The service is however slow and compared to the price food options are very less considering the rates they are charging.

Terrible customer care. I just arrived here to meet up with a friend who is a minute away and no sooner had i placed my butt down when i was rudely asked to leave the lobby seats for residents only. The staff asked me to go and sit at the conference hall (please note which is super loud for a tuesday evening) and wait there. I then wondered, are the lobby seats just for show biz?

Great security, good meals...great place for wedding events...and if your one who likes to party low key, it has a very serene bar. Legit atmosphere 🔥🔥

My experience here was soo good, I had to book another 3 nights at the same hotel. The staff here are excellent and very professional.

The staff really treat you like you're at home. If you're staying here for an extended period of time you will quickly forget that you're at a hotel. They are very accommodating to your every need and look forward to making your stay as comfortable as possible.
