Enjoyed my stay over there for my last two semesters infact I wished I had known about it earlier. Very nice spacious rooms, I loved the beds the chandeliers too, the closets are spacious and the warm stuff members especially the custodian. You don't have to walk long distances to acess some services like food since the hostel has a restaurant and a supermarket. The water supply is good and incase of load shedding there's a standby generator.its a few meters from the road making transport easily accessible and a shuttle is also available to take students at different time intervals for lectures.

Panicol is an amazing Hostel for University students. The rooms are limited. It is not the fanciest looking building but the hostel rooms are really big and amazing. It is really a nice hostel. Unlike other hostels around MUK, it is not located in a noisy place. I would have rated it 5-stars except for the fact that the water pressure in the upper rooms is low. So, expect some water challenges in the showers if you are on the upper floor. But the ground floor is fine in terms of water. The phone network signal is really terrible in most rooms. Luckily there is a pay-as-you-go WiFi router.

The rooms are dark both day and night unless there's electricity, the bathrooms are not functional like the showers are broken, toilet doesn't flash, wierd terrifying creatures looking like snakes enter into the bathroom and custodian claims they are from under ground and she's not bothered, we have been living in terror till i contacted my parents and they gave me a solution to stop these things from coming again, the sink doesn't function. i told the custodian to work on all these problems and its been one and a half months now and she has never worked on anything and she's not bothered at all. I couldn't believe the custodian found it very normal to tell me to sleep on the ground for the first three days because she failed to avail a bed so i had to go back home untill she availed a bed for me to sleep on. The girl(would be roommate) i found there had slept on the ground for some long time till they felt like bringing her a bed and she told me "the custodian never works on any problem around here until you insist for months" I think if they were a little responsible the hostel would be okay.
