That one star is not even deserved, This mall is Awful, just awful and pittiful, the most incompetent online shopping mall I’ve ever come across. They don’t deliver orders, the website is merely a website that can accept payment from shoppers without them receiving their ordered products. I’ve had three orders sit on the “pending dispatch” list for about a month after having fully paid for them; and a few days later it was gone all of a sudden(deleted), I couldn’t see them on any of the other lists and haven’t received anything. Either follow through on customers’ order or refund their money when you know you can’t.

You guys should style up. I ordered three items in January 2018 and up to now they have not been delivered and your customer care person needs ALOT of training. No explanation what so ever!!!! I am pissed. It’s the worst customer experience I have ever had. Please respond to my emails (sent to customer care) and your phones are ever off. The items are long overdue. Such behaviour is very bad for business. AGGRIEVED CUSTOMER.

3 months now never had nothing from you guys. i called u guys dont pick? Till day nothing never showed up.

My order was canceled by the system. But I have never received my refund it's coming to two months now.
