This is a great store. You can get all the basics that you need for your home for cooking. They have a great little Bakery for fresh breads, fresh meats, and actually ready to go meals by the kilo. They have laundry supplies, small amount of camping supplies, fresh fruit and vegetables, ice creams dairy products, toys, baking Goods, juices, sodas, frozen foods, and sometimes different types of US and European food products. The store is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. every single day. You DO have to park in their paid parking underground or outside the mall. However if you're less than 30 minutes in the parking area they let you park for free. More than that you're looking between 1,000 and 3000 Shillings for parking. You can pay for your store purchases in Ugandan shillings cash or Visa credit card. The Staff that works in all the Departments are very friendly and very helpful. Every once in awhile a cart attendant will bring your cart downstairs for you and load it in the car depending on how busy they are. Highly recommend shopping here if you're looking for quick and easy area to grab the basic necessities to make some meals at home. If I was to make a comparison of the store I would call it a little Target, or a little Walmart, or your local small neighborhood Grocery Store. Either way you can't go wrong here and if you happen to be carrying a backpack they can store it in one of their cubby holes that has an attendant standing by.

Parking my Groceries was a challenge. They sell packing bag which does not carry things well. You end up mixing you stuff cold and dry soap and foods!

Easy parking, good assortment of shop, but half tha stalls are vacant. The landlord could do more to rent t the place out. Acacia is better filled with top notch stores.

Pathetic behaviour of Cashier. She purposely try to give change for coins more that 10k. Refuses to accept a little old notes while other supermarkets happily accepts the same. Will try not to shop again from ShopRite village mall branch. Cashier is notorious.

Very poor service at the till. Don't assist clients to find what can not easily be seen. Why should one even pay for a shopping bag. A very dull supermarket yet has good items

Shoprite Village Mall is a cozy branch among the Shoprite outlets. It's quite spacious with a wide range of international brand groceries. The parking space is good and the access is strategic. And of course, their customer service remains top notch!

Very convenient location and everyone is friendly and helpful. Just not the best place to get produce. I do still at times get produce there just when I am in a rush and dont have time to go else where.

One of the worst and highly corrupted Supermarket staff. Today I purchased one birthday cake, when i asked to write a baby name on it, the bakery staff asked money/soda to write. When I complained same to the branch manager no much responce I got. The staff is the one spoiling the name of the Shoprite.

Quality goods. Especially the veggies, Variety of meats and breads. Price is a bit of a concern but quality trumps that. Service a bit slow at payment points
