Not so many Realestate companies have websites so having one is a big plus to Cannan estates. It's good to have a presence online but relevancy is very important. My interest was in available deals on land but I didn't find enough information to make me make a decision. The website too is difficult to navigate with links leading to nowhere. A little improvement would make your company standout. As a customer, I would expect up-to-date info on your estates, the location, size, and cost of plots in each estate. Cannan sites has new estates that are not listed yet they still have sold out estates displayed.

Great customer service .These guys have genuine land and also help you process land documents and land registration. If you are looking for Farm land, residential properties both developed and in developed this is the idea place.

Buyer be aware. Canaan is good when you are buying the land however they sold me land that has no access. The estate they sold us is fully bought and now we realize we cannot access the land and are continually tormented by the locals. Canaan takes no responsibility so far . Advise :BE AWARE, the access they show you when they are selling to you will not be there once they get your money. So maybe consider another service

Good Real estate firm for land purchase.

First experience as a foreign client at Canaansites was excellent.The front desk was friendly and we even had the opportunity to speak with the lady director as we wanted due diligence because of the risk of fraudulent property sales in Uganda. It's now almost 3 years ago and we about to visit them again for our second property. Hope they can give us the same friendly professional experience.
