I thought this shop could offer the best prices but I was overwhelmed that even Apple is way better than this "Samsung Transtel ".I had searched for prices of a Samsung Tab S 8.4 screen in Kampala and despite the prices that weren't beyond 500K,I said let me go to this shop and see whether they will help me out despite it being an authorised shop.Reaching there,only to find a black lady and that Indian gentleman who left me wondering whether they were leeches or thieves coz the Indian guy told me that the screen costs 1million shillings!!,Am fed up you Samsung Transtel. Stop cheating on people,we don't work in government.

Terrible!! Wasted 15 days waiting, couldn't fix simple software malfunction under warranty. At the end my phone was returned as a junk with screwed up IME that can't pick any networks....

Very poor service I have ever seen by Samsung ' s authorize dealer in Uganda .I have ordered s7 battery from transtel Uganda limited ,even I have called the customer care of Uganda they have confirmed that they have supplied the battery to transtel Uganda limited but the front desk guy was denied .so disppointed with transtel Uganda limited Samsung needs to take back the authorization form this people ...very fake .

Local representative and supplier of the Samsung range of products including Tv's, fridges, refrigerators, cookers, etc. Located on Madhvani building along Jinja Road it is a vantage location. However, the pricing is always higher than other suppliers of similar products which begs the question: are other dealers smugglers or does Transtel reap super-profits? The sales and display office is only a front, that is backed up by a warehouse in industrial area.
