The staff are very helpful incase of any assistance you may need while shopping. They accept cash, Visa and MasterCard. The prices are low and unbeatable. The premises are also under CCTV surveillance. There is a pharmacy and forex bureau inside.

This is the pioneer of all shoprite supermarkets in Uganda and the going serving supermarkets in the country.been there now quiet some times and happen to like the place due to its humble and simple way in nature. The place has enough working staffs and they are friendly to clients.the prices of items are at low cost and they do cut prices during Christmas seasons.a nice place to by pass.

It was absolutely nice and good though not as good as Lugogo and village mall! I would say fair cause it still requires a lot to make it of a better standard. It is associated with with cornmen which makes a client skeptical and afraid of the safety.

The front end and cleaning staff very customer conscious and helpful. The shop is well stocked and priced for the market. However, the bakery boys need training on dealing with clients, this is one critical area that needs immediate attention

It's a good supermarket that offers basic goods at a good price and a well trained customer service that works on you perfectly though it limits on the basket of goods to be bought since it has few commodities to offer

You will surely find all sorts of groceries you need at home. And very fast you're attended to in case you need help. Also, I liked that the cashiers at the till are so kind. I had left my purse at the luggage point and only realised when I reached the till. The lady was kind enough to let me go pick the money without having to queue up again. And yes, there are no long queues because there many cashiers working at the same time. It's great shopping at shoprite.

First impression OK: bought among other things eggs, but when I got home boiled two of them and was wondering about the funny taste, I checked the expiration date and the eggs where 3,5 weeks over. So do check if you don't want to end up with old stuff
