I like to shop here. I find they have more varied items than most supermarkets. Since the stuff is quite unique, I have bought quite a few gifts here. The prices of common grocery items appear to be higher here though. But I love the varied selection. The supermarket is also friendly for those who may find mobility a challenge. The aisles are wide enough to admit more than just a trolley... Maybe until you get to the plastics and gardening sections. I like it

Above average selection of items available for a Kampala supermarket. About to expire products were pulled out and were being offered at a discounted price. Service could be better.

The customer service is great from the shop attendants and cashiers. They have easy to follow labels of the products that makes your shopping 🛍️ convenient and fun.

They have many household items at affordable cost. However, today (1st Jan) none of their staff was wearing a uniform. Its very hard to know who you call out to assist you find an item you want to buy. The place is super clean though.

The worst customer care i have ever received, the cahiers are slow, eat while working and most of all i was amazed by the audacity these girls had to backbite me when i was standing infront of them😏 dont go there if you dont want your day to get ruined

They have one of the worst customer service team I have come across in the supermarkets, especially their restaurant, you have to literally beg to be served and this will take forever with each one of them telling the other to work on you. When you finally get your order, the you make the payment and have to wait in line for the guard who packed to open the parcel and check whether what you have paid corresponds with the receipt. Basically, the staff are so horrible for a fast food place.

The alleys are cramped up, the service is wanting. I tried to ask for a particular kind of milk and the alley attendant was not keen about it. I had to point it out. It lacks variety so you are kind of limited when it comes to choices. I found some of their prices fair. The lady at the counter wasnt friendly, way too uptight to receive feedback. We packed our own shopping. It doesn't cost much to smile.
