It is a very nice supermarket with all qualities of a good supermarket e.g an ample parking space, 4 floors of shoppong, relatively cheap and affordable, 2 branches Ntinda & Kiwatule buh Ntinda is bigger n' bettered. They as well have a good customer care which handles everything with due respect and a smile on their faces

Not very helpful . Staff seemed confused about what was in stock one person in particular ( male , sitting behind a table ) seemed to feel it was far too much trouble to help , kind of rude

Many more service points installed easing traffic flow, as well as the open parking space allowing for more cars to park and move out easily.

I have been duped twice ordering via Jumia. Order numbers u0jx-0bba and u0jx-l64z refers. I was given less grams on Axion, Kellogs Cornflakes, and Kellogs Frosties, after having paid for more grams. Will never shop from them online again.

I do enjoy all my shopping experiences there. Prices are affordable, customer care if you ask for any help and yeah it's accessible so it's something that is recommendable

5 stars for free/spacious parking, very tasty coconut bread, a wide/ huge selection of items spread across three floors...not forgetting the famous cooked food section. You'll get a better deal on meals in Fraine that from any average restaurant in Ntinda. Spoiler alert: the food is priced based on the weight... but I still find the prices fair. If not mistaken, Fraine is the only supermarket that works 24 hours.

Well located and good atmosphere while shopping and we'll stocked but the person's on the tills where payments are made are extremely slow and worse when there is only one person out of the 3 counters.

It has a number of businesses within it... convenient if you want to have your shopping in one place...
