Cynibel is a great supermarket to visit especially when looking for unique "nick nacks". They have a variety of unique items that you can choose from. I decided to give them a 3 star because, even though the service was great, the cashiers were limited. They were only 2 cashiers at the entrance attending to the customers so i had to wait yet 2 other stations were available but no one to attend to customers. I would like to advise the managers to ensure you have enough cashiers present during days like today - public holiday "labour day" to attend to customers since it is difficult for Some people working at an 8:00am to 5:00pm jobs to shop during the week!

Good customer service and affordable groceries

I should be giving it a 4 or 5 given its situation and area but this is about observation and not sentiment. For one the parking is laughable 🤣. Secondly they don't have a bakery-who does that these days? There is a poor variety of offerings and the price is rather steep given the dust on the aisles. Only go if you must, there are better choices a stone throw away.

It's a great supermarket. Variety of merchandise. And great customer care experience.

Well stocked up place with several options for all your day today needed items and strategically located.

Organized, well stocked and even though their parking space isn’t really big, you never have problems parking your car there. The security personnel are helpful and the attendants too. Maybe a shortage of cashiers but then again, the few that are there get the job done. I like this place

The supermarket rest rooms need a makeover. Otherwise the place is amazing with a variety of products in the supermarket.

They have ample parking space with a wide range of consumer goods. Its literally one of the top tier supermarkets in the area. Its definitely a yes for me.😊

My one stop shopping point, got top notch products which the big supermarkets around don't have....it's small but got everything from electronics,foods,frozen items,cutlery ,plastics,beverages....can't list all coz it has everything....it's customer and price friendly, clean and welcoming and easy to access by the road side and wheel chair.if it's not cynibel then it's cynibel:I really feel home when am at cynibel. One problem they need to solve is the parking coz they got many customers but the parking can't handle them all

Squeezed parking and the basement has a rather too steep climb. Dont go to the basement if you have a faulty car.

It's a one stop place. You can shop for groceries, fresh meat, drugs and a movie library. Wow! And the parking is great

Cynibel Supermarket is located on the building is called Mt. Olive Country Mall. You can shop anything from food stuffs, kitchen ware, kids clothing though they don't have them in plenty, toiletry items. The prices are affordable and you can pay using Cash, Visa or even Mobile Money. The quality of items sold is good and the staff are friendly
