Worst insurance company ever!!! Please save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. My sister has been using this company whenever she travels. This last time she traveled to Europe and got insurance from them. She needed to extend her student visa so she asked them if she can pay for more coverage. They agreed and we paid over 700,000 Ugandan shillings. They always ask you to pay in dollars which we did. They insurance was not going to take effect until the 26th of October. When she went to the embassy to extend her visa they told her it was a wrong insurance. We went back to this company and asked them to return our money because they don’t have the insurance the embassy asked for. They told us they we would only get 75% of our money back even though the insurance didn’t take effect! I was so shocked and that they would pay it back in 3 weeks!! These people are thugs please be careful!! They’re are highway robbers. They haven’t give us our money back. It’s over 3 weeks!!

Today would have been my first day to get a service from UAP insurance but I failed to link up with them using their toll free numbers even after several attempts. What a worst impression to a new client like me.

UAP Insurance has great and transparent customer service but I wish and hope that they will change the material of the insurance card they give to customers. Change from paper card to plastic card.

Can't be reached through the toll free number. Been on hold 3 times more than 15 minutes!!!!

UAP just sucks!!! I can't see the doctor specialist I have always seen coz their fake card simanyi doesn't have direct access at nakasero 😔

Not so easy to locate for a first timer but if you ask around, you will be given directions depending on which section of UAP you're going to.
