Its location make it great but the employee who are not young are not friendly like the young ones here

Crowded,had no issue with that,but the fact that the account opening section told to wait as she works on people with different cases hit me hard,me who has come to open an account,was told to wait and thus I ended spending my 12-4pm time there...almost a full working day.......not pleased at all That picture is taken by me in the final hours of waiting....centenary, does that seem fair to you

It’s staff needs building on how to handle customers. The staff I have had interface with speak to you in Luganda even when you have express you totally don’t understand.
