    You're required to have a facemask inorder to access this place. It has a wheelchair accessible entrance. You'll be checked with a temperature gun for Covid 19 safety. There is some cool music inside the place with a nice customer service. On the other side, you'll have to cater for your parking, sometimes you'll have to wait in a before you're worked on.

    There is great customer care. When to buy a phone, I was served so well, even lowed to change my mind and get a different phone after not liking the one I paid for.

    I liked the location due to the fact that it doesn't get crowded like that of Shoprite Mall. However, there were so many service counters which are not manned. The staff are slow and seemed they are not motivated to work or are under paid

    No queue management system, I found the registration system down many times, so they kept asking me to come again and again 😭, also although they have updated my info on the system, they disconnected my line 😭 , which forced me to go again to fix the issue.

    This is my Airtel shop of choice. Have no complaints about customer service so far. Just that the quee system is still old school as people get crowded on the counters so if you are the organized type you might want to go elsewhere however its not that bad. 😠 This is the worst experience I have ever had with customer service. No order at all when it comes to queues. You get in and you’re not sure who does what. For the sake of Airtel, there’s a need to change management and bring in smart people who really understand customer service.
