The waitstaff seemed completely disinterested and we had to constantly flag them down just to get their attention not until we complained to the manager that later it became better, the manager was the savior for the day.. It's not bad but it's not great either. You get an average meal (unless you want Indian food, which supposedly is very good), with friendly staff that are super inefficient and slow. Some of the waiters don't understand English too well and most of them have very strong body odour, which is extremely off putting, specially when in a good environment.

Lovely place with good food. Natural quiet setting. Service was very good and prompt. Only major complaint is 5% charge on credit card payment. This should be a thing of the past since electronic payment is a standard not exception.(The supermarket shoprite doesn't charge 5% for credit card)

The place has poor customer service, the waiters do not care about the customers and do not even know what is available in the restaurant. I am utterly disappointed. I would not recommend this place.

The Terrance part is really good, the food was nice and prices are good. The meh part was when waitress didn't know the ingredients in the cocktails since it's not part of the menu and couldn't offer to ask.
