The
place
is
clean
and
organized.
Dr
Roopa
works
hard
to
restore
your
teeth.
She
gives
you
a
comprehensive
treatment
plan,
works
with
you
throughout
the
process
and
gives
you
great
counseling
to
avoid
future
complications.
My
rating
would
have
easily
been
5
stars
if
hadn't
come
back
for
an
issue
on
an
old
root
canal
treated
tooth.
I
underwent
root
canal
surgery
on
2
teeth
and
had
dental
crowns
placed
on
both.
I
ordered
2
different
types
of
crowns:
one
for
a
lower
tooth
(supposedly
stronger)
and
another
other
for
an
upper
tooth;
but
they
were
swapped
without
my
knowledge
or
by
mistake.
I
was
okay
with
the
mix
up.
Unfortunately,
1.5
yrs
later,
the
lower
crown
broke.
I
came
back
hoping
for
a
permanent
solution,
what
follows
is
what
I
got.
First
appointment,
she
suggested
adding
a
filling
which
was
performed
by
an
associate.
Mediocre
work
as
the
filling
seemed
to
have
been
glued
on
the
neighboring
tooth;
it
came
out
2
days
later.
I
wasn't
charged
for
this.
Second
appointment,
she
did
the
filling
herself.
This
one
seemed
to
stick.
I
wasn't
charged
as
well.
However,
the
next
day
I
started
experiencing
excruciating
constant
throbbing
pain
that
I
regretted
ever
going
back.
I
wished
to
undo
everything
and
live
with
the
broken
crown.
My
third
appointment
was
an
emergency
and
on
Sunday
as
I
was
traveling
the
following
week
and
couldn't
bare
the
pain.
She
removed
the
filling
and
I
was
prescribed
antibiotics
and
pain
killers
for
5
days.
Long
story
short,
three
appointments,
no
solution,
only
pain
and
wasted
time.
